I don't know why we came back here. I want to preface by saying in no way is this about the wait staff. Our waiter in the beginning was amazing and then the waitress that came after was amazing as well. However, whoever was cooking my meal and the manager were not. First mistake was mine because I didn't realize that there was red onions in the meal so I sent it back and said I don't want red onions I'm okay with green onions I don't like red onions. I had ordered the loaded baked BEEF penne. And when they came back with it the first time there was no green onions I thought "that's fine I'll just eat it. I don't want to complain again." As I started to eat it I realized there was no beef and there was still onions in my meal. Because my waiter had gone on break the manager was serving me at the time. When she came to ask me how my food was I told her that there was no beef in my meal. On the menu in the picture that they advertise you can see chunks of beef. It's supposed to be like nachos kind of deal. So she goes back ask the cooks if they put beef in my meal and they say yes they did. So she comes back and gaslights me and says yeah they said they put beef in the pasta. I told her to look at the plate in front of me and tell me where she sees beef. I said I'm not blind there's clearly no beef in here. And she said "well my cooks said they put it in." I'm sorry but in what world in the serving industry is it ever appropriate to basically straight out call a customer a liar when you won't even look at the plate. I've worked in the serving industry for 15+ years and have never seen a manager speak to a customer like that. Afterwards another server came up because I was sitting there not even eating and offered to take my plate and get it taken off my bill. Thank goodness for her for being professional and she also looked at the plate when I asked her if she sees beef in this and her reply was no as well. As management you should do better. I get standing up for your staff but when it's something that is so clearly not right and the customer is very clearly right, that's ridiculous. I hate complaining it literally eats at my soul but being gas lit like that was wild to me. Anyways do better lady. You're going to run customers away with the way you...
Read moreI just want to start by saying that I have never had a more terrible experience at a restaurant! When we got seated, the waiter didn't give us enough utensils for everyone. That was not much of an issue, though. When we got our drinks, we asked for straws, but the waiter did not bring enough straws for everyone at the table. After asking for a straw several times, he finally came over and gave one. The waiter would rarely come to the table; he would come every 20–30 minutes. Whenever he would come, he would be rushing to leave right in the middle of us giving him our requests. We understand it was slightly busy, but we came here several times during busy times, and we never got this kind of service. Some time passes, and we decide to ignore that and figure that it must not be a bigger issue than we think it is. He was also very unprofessional and was swearing. Finally, when it got to the payment process, this is where everything got worse. The waiter got the bill wrong four times, and each time we would explain to him the changes that needed to be made. My friend's mom was already there when we started the payment process, and she had to wait 30 minutes for the bill to be right. At that point, we were all too tired and asked him to bring a pen and paper so we could write down what we ordered so that it would be easier for him. My friend's mom came to talk to him about the situation, and he completely ignored her. He also overcharged my friend for her order, and when she confronted him, He threw money at her and said, Take it. We were all trying to keep our cool, but it was very difficult to do so because of the constant attitude that we received from him. He told his manager about us, and when we went to pick up our to go orders, they both gave us dirty looks, and he said to her, "Look, it's those girls." They also got our order wrong and forgot to make my pizza, so they just handed me a random box of pizza in the incorrect size. As we left, we could see them glaring at us and giving us dirty looks. I am very disappointed to say that I will never step foot in this establishment again and will be taking my business somewhere else. Our waiter's name was Cory, and I believe that the manager's...
Read moreSuch a horrible experience tonight, pop was brought out 5 times, 3 times it was flat. Was rudely spoken too by our server and when asked to speak to the manager cussed out by her. We left, we tipped, we understand everyone is doing their best with what they are given by the Senior staff and management. The management however is failing, bottom line, dirty tables for over 20 mins while we waited to order drinks, no checkup on drinks unless we flagged someone down. Dirty booths were finally bussed by the only server working our section, and instead of getting any assistance from a hostess or manager, the dishes just sat in a bin at the table across from us for most of our visit while the manager stared off into the distance watching whatever control she did have on the service slip away quickly. And the manager, well she did nothing but try to escalate a already laughable 55 minute dinner experience into a unforgettable personal meltdown on her part(we witnessed her run outside to light a cigarette as we exited the restaraunt, how professional, but at least the server is there to bus the table). Keep it up kitchen team the best part of our experince was the food, came out in roughly 12 mins and was good. Not offered togo boxes, more water, desert, ethical treatment of a human, etc. But hey, they are probably making more money off the hordes of young people taking shots at the bar. Exp time 10:01 - 10:55. Ordered Medium Pizza, Cactus Potatoes, wings, 1 pepsi, 1 water. And yes robot BP rep we will be going through the corporate experiences team. Ouch for you managers over there, painful! If you are a manager at BP reading this, learn to CARE about guest experience, bad can always be turned good...
