Chopped Leaf — Restaurant in Abbotsford

Been in here a couple of times - good salads, but almost every time there is a problem. The blonde girl, who I assumed was the manager as she made my salad with her hair down, no ponytail or anything (and I've worked at another chopped leaf in a nearby town - it is regular to have hair up, and with a headband), I wasn't happy that she made my salad with her hair all in my food. The next time, the wrap and salad I ordered were swapped - the wrap was a salad, and salad was a wrap. The last time I came here with a friend, the small pit at the top of the avocado was in my whole bowl salad - almost chipped my tooth. Probably won't be coming back - especially after having my food made with the girl's hair down. I’m always on the go and eating chopped leaf at least 3 times a week or ordering through door dash. Comparing this location to others, I honestly have to say, their quality has been going down and down for about a year now. I get the same wrap made the same way and it’s always less chicken, more lettuce and barely any sauce. For the past year Iv noticed the sauce barely being there and my wrap tasting extremely dry.

I have mentioned to the staff/manager numerous times and will get charged $1 while other places only charge 50 cents but they always include the right amount of sauce no matter what. I have also heard complaints from many friends and coworkers this location has become very cheap with their protein and sauce. I love Chopped Leaf but this locations staff are not the best. Ordered through door dash, ordered a salad and they gave me a rice bowl instead. When trying to get the order fixed they were just rude, didn't speak with any respect for their mistake. The second time around, my husband went in and ordered my salad with no pecans, and they didn't care to listen and added pecans. When I gave them a call they were not listening to me saying nope there is no way your husband said no pecans and pretty much said he was a liar. When I said that they should really listen to the person ordering because what if I was allergic to nuts, or if the next time this happened to someone else and they were allergic they could get really sick.
