Edit December 2023. I have been coming to Dragon Fort since 1987, much longer than most of the present staff there have even been alive. The old restaurant was a walk up, darker and much cozier place. The new restaurant is wide open and without much character. It's a tradition that my daughter and I eat lunch there after some Christmas shopping, we've been doing that for about 8 years. I have always loved the food, the portions and the prices. In days gone by the staff were welcoming, happy and helpful as well as familiar. I come here for lunches with work crew, dinners with family, the food is awesome and to this day and the pricing is still fair for the portion you get. Today was different. Today we were seated agonist immediately then forgotten for 15 minutes. After ordering we then waited an additional 30 minutes only to get my dish but not my daughters. I was almost half way done when hers showed up, incorrect. I was almost done when hers finally came back, with no apology, no explanation, nothing. No one came back to ask how our meal was, and when we finished I had to ask someone for the bill, as no one came to see to us. I have never I'm my 30+ years of patronizing this restaurant had such abysmal service from staff so completely devoid of customer awareness. The food was still delicious, the value is still there, but the zombies waiting tables are like nothing I have ever experienced. We were so immensely disappointed in the experience, we may have to change our Christmas tradition. To the owners, you should take this seriously, your wait staff are the face and voice of your establishment, they can affect change adversely or proactively. The service we encountered today brought into question a tradition of 8 Years from a customer of over 30 years. I have been coming here for over 25 years. The staff are authentic and care about their business and the customers that have kept them in business. Lunch specials are all under $9 and most of the time there is more than enough to placate the most robust appetite, with fresh, hot ingredients. Their menu selections and dinner specials are again very generous and absolutely delicious. Very quick service if they are told you are in a hurry, can accommodate very large parties and will go out of their way to secure your satisfaction.

What a big surprise we find a great Chinese restaurant in Abbotsford with unbeatable price!! The lunch special starts from $9.25 including 3 items and big portions! We are going to Willow View Farms for u-pick apples and pumpkins from Vancouver. When we order three main dishes and 2 dim sum, 4 of us are all hands down for the Dry pan fried rice noodles w/beef. It's so tasty but not oily. All the noodles cover with soy sauce and a lot of tender beef. We didn't have that good rice noodles for a long time. The other two dishes are curry chicken with rice and pan fried rice with beef. All these 2 are good. The curry chicken with rice is really good since there are lot of tender chicken breast and the peppers and onion are fresh. Sometimes we may have some veggies are not fresh. Good taste, fresh and really big portions of the food. We don't expect good dim sum but we want to try. But surprising it is good too, I think may be the dim sum are home-made? Maybe, we are all hungry then I forget take some pictures of the food. We can't finish the food because of the portions. We pack it home and enjoy it again at night. The price is more than reasonable. I hope we have the same restaurant in Vancouver. The restaurant is so roomy with high ceiling. The restaurant and the restroom are all well kept and clean.

Definitely Abbotsfords BEST Chinese restaurant 😋. Lived here for 25 years and was always a favourite. Been gone for 16 years and tonight was our final meal before we fly back to our new homes and we had our long term favourites: lettuce wraps, salt and pepper tofu, birds nest 🪹. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting a good Chinese feed.

The food here is really great. It is authentic Chinese, not like the Chinese food you get at the food courts. The portions are very big and of good value for the prices. This is probably the best Chinese Restaurant in Abbotsford.
