McDonald's — Restaurant in Abbotsford

Worst experience in my entire 48 years. Had dinner there and asked to use the washroom and was advised thatit was closed down for the evening. It was still half hour till closing and staff had not even entered to clean washroom. Manager advised would let me use it one time only but never to ask again. I said,"thats fine". She took that as a no and told me lose my attitude and get out. I asked under what grounds and why she was being belligerent. Thngs escalated where she switched to punjabi so the cacausian customers would not understand and said she would assault me, and when she said that I got ups and advised her to try it and that she should be ashamed of her herself for speaking like that. The five foot one ssistant crew manager came without checking what had happened and started fo threaten me while i was walking away and when he would not stop trying to provoke I confronted him. Of course that is when his macho attitude changed but the female manager became more agressive. IThe initial manager was telling me that they "own" the mcdonalds location and they could whatever they wanted. I told her she was not the owner whereupon she advised that neither was I. i told her I was a paying customer and had the right to use the washroom and not be subject to such dusrepect. I left property and police were called. I told police that they were more than welcome to review the audio and video footage to confirm my story. Police were understanding and gave me a ride home. Advise all customers to avoid this location and please note the ratings of this location. I was going to complain to the franchisee but looks like they dont care as none of the reviews previously have been spoken to. That itself...

Absolutely horrible... all three times we have come in and gone threw the drive threw... the staff is awful rude, doesn't acknowledge you at the counter to order/pay at counter even when they see you doesn't tell anyone else either so you can be helped... then when you flag a manager the chick sent over still doesn't get plan common sense on paying for the order as the machine was out of paper to print the reciept!!!!! So you demand a manager and he ( Jesse) gets it in 2 seconds... but really don't do much to solve the issues!!!! The place has many issues to many teens who are not following instructions paying attention or listening at all... order is cold when we get it which then takes over 10 more min past what we waited for help from... even the kid who ordered fries and a shake had to wait 10 min for that... apparently the drive thru is more important then People in the store front. The people who have come in even after us are not standing up at the front complaining about how everytime they come here they have to check there damn order nothing is ever right and it takes forever to get your food... this is the worst !!!!!!!!!! Mcdonalds in town!!!!! And the lower mainland I will stick with the triple A one on Bourqin!!!! You have lost my business and the food tastes awful get it together before you...

I ordered in the drive-thru for 3 people and ordered 5 burgers total plus a drink. After I paid, I was told to go wait in reserved spot 3 for them to bring the food out to me when I was done. This was at 4:20pm. I waited until about 4:40 and watched cars driving off from the drive-through with their orders. I knew something was up.

So I went inside and asked them how much longer for my order. I waited in line while a woman and a man asked for a refund on their iced coffee because it was filled with coffee grounds. When i finally spoke to the worker, I repeated the order to them, and the worker went to the kitchen, returned, and told me she thought someone had taken my order by mistake. I told her that it doesn't make sense for someone to have taken my order since I was told to wait in stall 3 for it to be brought out.

She didn't know what to say, and I do not understand how they can tell you they will bring the order out to you and then somehow give it someone else that isn't in that stall? They clearly handed it to someone through the drive-thru window and forgot i was even waiting.

They gave me a free apple pie after remaking the entire order but at this point it was 5:20 and I had been there for an hour. Definitely needs to be better organized and some better communication...
