The longest drive through experience and I have had my drinks wrong here more than at any location. I came in yesterday and the drive thru was closed (okay), came in to order two drinks: venti cold brew with coconut milk and a grande cappuccino. Went to the side to collect my drinks and she handed me a venti cappuccino. I decided not to say anything because whatever, it’s not a big deal. I watched her grab a grande cup, put the simple syrup in and then fill it with cold brew. I assumed it was a drink for another person. She then grabbed the cup and added 2% milk to it and put it down and called my name. I said to her “this is supposed to be a cold brew with coconut milk?” She paused and said “oh uh yeah” and I said “okay, are you sure that’s what it is?” And she said yes. I was surprised she lied to me when I just watched her make the drink and I knew it was incorrect. I always get cold brew because I don’t like sweet coffee and coconut milk because dairy makes me sick. I didn’t feel comfortable confronting her again so I took the drinks and left, thinking maybe I saw wrong. But no, it was definitely sweetened and with regular milk.
Everyone makes mistakes but it’s annoying that instead of owning up and remaking it, she just lied about it. I will stick the the sumas location...

Anyway I felt the staff was talking to each other’s to charge more on my normal drink if they make it properly then I wouldn’t ask to put everything’s on the side! I went inside to order then they said to the girl to charge me 10$ for my 6 shots of expresso! First if y want to charge more u let the customer know next time not do it rights and talking behinds my back I see the attitude those lady said! I felt a races! Read moreThe barista's lack of knowledge completely ruined my camping trip. I had bought a pack of Komodo Dragon dark roast coffee and a new 6-cup percolator for making regular coffee. Since it was my first time using a percolator, I asked the barista if it was suitable for regular coffee and what grind he would recommend. He seemed annoyed and disappeared briefly, returning with a grind that was too fine—it looked like dust. In hindsight, the smirk he had when handing it back to me suggested he knew it was wrong. Guess they saw me coming. Unaware at the time that this was incorrect, I proceeded with my camping trip. It wasn't until I brewed my first pot and found the coffee to be disgustingly muddy and undrinkable that I realized the mistake. The percolator’s instructions called for a coarse grind, not the fine dust I was given. I had invested in this new coffee maker and packed everything for the trip, only to end up with unusable coffee. Additionally, I spent $20 on coffee that I can't use.
