I returned this morning to white spot on South Fraser Way to see if my concerns have been alleviated. Sadly even with a $25 gift card from the manager of the restaurant and response to my last review, my concerns have not been addressed. I ordered with my guest the BC breakfast over easy with shredded hash browns. When my breakfast arrived it came with a small bowl of fruit with mostly apples but a couple of grapes as well. I was not offered a smaller glass of juice but I was charged for a large glass of orange juice which ended up being too much and the sediment on the bottom of the glass made me gag. As I ate my sandwich I found a hair and as you can see from my other posts I just got a haircut yesterday this was long and white. They quickly removed it from the table and made me a new one which was nice but with that said there was no discount offered or given for the disgusting addition to my breakfast which I found very hard to eat and did not finish. Sadly White Spot has lost my business I don't think I will try it ever again.

Staff was rude, especially the manager who didn't even apologize for these inedible onion rings that I couldn't believe passed quality control. The burgers were so burnt that they were crunchy like beer nuts around the outside. Onion rings were comped but no admission of any wrong doing on their part which really is more of a principal thing, but whatever. Also while my husband and I were there with our two small children, the staff allowed a man with a foul oder coming from his bag to set up at the table right next to us to charge his phone and leave all his dirty items on the seat and all over the table. I'm all for charitable gestures but I could help but wonder what had been scattered all over the table we were sitting at. I definitely recommend making the trip to Chilliwack for white spot over this one. The kids meals were amazing, for the record, both kids got chicken strips and fries. 10/10 for those
