Calgary Pizza Unlimited Inc — Restaurant in Airdrie

This is the third time I’ve had pizza from here. The first two were fantastic, they had real pepperoni on it, this one had summer sausage (I ordered pepperoni)… they’re not the same. But my biggest issue was that the crust was raw. I ordered a pepperoni, mushroom and cheese pizza. The first pic is the pizza, lots of cheese, looks good. The second pic is the raw crust (looks like cheese but it’s not) and “pepperoni”. I did call the establishment to make them aware and I told them I was going to google review them, the guy apologized, didn’t offer to make me a new one. I also asked about the “pepperoni”, and was told that sometimes they get the small type and other times they get the one on my pizza, which was actually gross tasting. Cheaping out on your product and not cooking it properly doesn’t retain customers. I will...

Ordered pizza at 9:45pm. The restaurant called me at 9:55pm to tell me to cancel the order because they close at 10. I told them they can do that on their end and should be doing that as it is their fault for choosing to decline business. The person on the phone then chose that moment to start arguing with me that I should cancel the order because he doesn’t know how.

Listen, I was not arguing with you, you chose to be incredibly unprofessional with me when I asked you to do your job.
