Never ever, ever again! I would never consider eating pizza from here again even if I was offered free pizza for life! I ordered a pizza for pick up to return home and find out the wrong toppings were used. I called customer service which was anything but, to be told they would remake my pizza and give me a $10 credit for my next order. I indicated I would prefer a refund as I would not order again from this establishment and was told this was not an option. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I was speaking to a supervisor and that the best they could offer would be to request the store provide a refund at their discretion within 48 hours if they chose to. I then decided to get the pizza remade and returned to the store for pickup a second time. When I got there 20 minutes later (now a full hour from my initial order) the second pizza had not even been started. A manager showed up a few minutes later as per my request and offered me cash back which I accepted and left without a new pizza. I figured I could just pick the toppings off the original pizza that I did not like and leave the ones that I did so I had something to eat at this point. As if wasting my time driving back and forth was not bad enough and terrible customer service, when I began eating the pizza I realized that the middle portion of it was not properly cooked and the dough was completely raw. Read moreI’m writing to express my disappointment with a repeated issue at your Panago Midtown location. I have ordered the 2 Medium Pizza and Garlic Bread Combo several times, and every time the store says they are out of garlic bread. When I call customer service, I’m told the deal can’t be provided without the garlic bread, and that I can’t even get the pizzas at the combo price.
At this point, it feels like this location doesn’t actually want to offer the deal that Panago advertises, possibly because they’re losing money on it. If the garlic bread is unavailable, customers should still be able to receive the pizzas at the combo price — or the deal should be removed from the website and app to avoid misleading customers.
What made this experience worse was the customer service response. The representative told me to “do whatever you want,” which came across as rude and unprofessional.

The next day I tried to order again, the pizza I received was disgusting. Basically no sauce, and a really flat crust. The cheese bread... Same thing. I called to complain and the woman I talked to in customer relations at the call center didn't even understand English and she wasn't listening to me. She insisted I order the pizza again because they would not give me a credit for my 11 sauces because "I ordered them". I tried to explain the sauce was for the pizza, this went on for some time.
