I was at this location this afternoon in the drive-thru. I ordered my usual drink & when I arrived at the pickup window I was having trouble bringing up the scan code for my rewards. As I was the only car in the drive-they I did not have time to do it prior to going to the window.
Deanna was at the window and her impatience was showing as I attempted to bring up my rewards app.
My latte was handed to me and I asked it to be stirred. I was told that’s how it comes! I commented that I’ve always had it mixed at that location. I handed the drink back & asked for it to be stirred, Deanna did not take my drink back but gave me a wooden stir stick instead. It was cracked & snapped in 1/2 when I went to use it. I’m in my car, removing the lid to stir the latte with a broken stick & had it drip all over my clothes & car! It would’ve taken Deanna seconds to use a metal spoon & prepared it the way that I wanted it! That girl needs to work on her customer service skills!
On another occasion I ordered chili & a bun. I checked my order before driving off & found only 1/2 a bun! I asked for the manager & was told that is what was written on the order! Again an error in getting orders correct! Obviously the person who got the other half of bun was long before me as my bun was dry & hard. I ended up throwing it away!

Read moreI was given points to compensate an order being wrong which was great except it won't let me use them More than one item at a time and hours in between. I have a family that I can't just bring one item back to. This seems like a way to get me to spend more money. I order typically from Midtown as I can see it from my backyard. The service is good as far as I've experienced. We had a previous issue on an order we had from Huntington hills tim hortons through door dash. The arrival time was way longer than expected (over 30 mins) as our order was being delivered from out of the city. This would mean an order ready for longer than 30 minutes while travelling at least. They kept our funds and the food upon trying to cancel as wed rather have the order fresh from a restaurant within proximity or at least within city limits. They kept the 40 dollars with no service rendered and nothing but a horrible attitude when I tried to voice my concerns with door dash customer service. This is upsetting as we'd like to continue being customers however, it seems like nobody cares. Who do I take this issue to? I'm now out 50+ dollars with nothing to show for it but disappointment. Read moreI come here quite often as it’s closest to my house & work. This location used to be pretty good when it first opened and it’s just gone downhill since. Now it’s something disappointing every time pretty much. Every single time I order a drink here, no matter what kind of drink, the cup is never filled. It also seems like none of the workers know how to make the drinks as they’re different every time.. it’s always a gamble if your drink will be good or not that day. Food has never been awesome at tims but somehow this location can make it worse.. I hate saying this stuff. It’s pretty bad when we pay for something and the prices keep going up and the quality of everything keeps going down. Even the donuts have been iffy lately. Like they are coated in 3x the amount of glaze, or they don’t have any glaze on them. I don’t know how they do it.
