Ordered a pizza was told it would be 45 mins at 7:55 I got my pizza at 8:47 so it took 52 mins and when it came it was ice cold I called in and said to the lady I ordered a pizza she said number I gave it she said it’s now 8:52 your pizza is not late we only give a approximate time for delivery so I said oh do you give an approximate temperature on the pizza to cause mine is ice cold she said oh it’s ice cold is it well I can have them resent out but it will take at least 30 mins I said is that an approximate time cause I have a 6 year old that just waited an hour for pizza that came late she says it’s not late I said oh but it is I was told up to 45 mins it was 52 mins she said yes but the driver has an hour to deliver so I can remake the pizza and you can wait up to 30 mins I said really I just wanted headoffice number but since your being arguing with me about the time and my pizza I’ll find the number myself and call headoffice tomorrow .... worst service ever from 241 use to be my favourite pizza next time I’ll order from pizza pizza...
Read moreI ordered the Bacon Cheddar Garlic loaf. Worst idea ever. I never tried it before and it looked good online. My wife picked up our order and dropped my food to me at work. I opened it and took a bite and spit it out. The dough was raw inside and barely cooked. I called to complain and was told this is how it’s made. So let me get this right. You sell raw dough to people and tell them that’s how it is? When I asked how is that logical I was told by the person at the store to cook it more myself then if it’s not cooked fully. At that point I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. She then said if I wanted to drive back to the store she would gladly cook it more for me. Read moreOrdered a pickup order on ubereats, the 2for1 wing special. The bag was stapled closed so I didn't bother checking the bag. Once I get home noticed the fries were missing. That's no problem was okay to come back for it but once I came back the order was for 2 wing/fries, the person gave us one fries. I said it was for two orders of wings/fries and he just put the one fries in two box and said there you go. Then had the audacity to say we just wanted free food because we ordered off ubereats because we were new customers. If that's how you treat new customer like this we are not coming back and I don't recommend anyone new to come back here.
