A&W Canada — Restaurant in Alberta

I'll be honest, maybe we were all just tired and there was a lot of misunderstandings. But here is what happened.

I ordered two kids meals, a mozza burger, and a beyond meat burger meal. They gave me three kids meals, because when I asked for a cheeseburger kids meal and a "2 chicken strip kids meal" (which is what it's called on their menu) they gave me two chicken strip kids meals. Then each meal was filled with French fries, as no one bothered to tell me that when the menu says kids meals include "Made good bars" and "apple slices", they don't have those here. So at this point I have four meals with French fries when I just wanted one. And none of the other kids meals options I actually wanted for my kids.

Then when the food showed up they forgot my drink and fries for the beyond meat meal.

45 dollars later I was pretty dissatisfied with a meal that was mostly French fries and missing the extra snacks my kids would...

I recently visited the A&W in High River, and I was thoroughly impressed! The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant dining experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to take my order.

The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The burgers were perfectly cooked, and the classic A&W Root Beer was as refreshing as ever. I appreciated the variety on the menu, especially the vegetarian options, which were just as satisfying.

The service was quick, even during peak hours, and the team handled everything with a smile. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great meal in High River.

Worst a&w to ever exist I wish I never had to go here is like when u out of town people do whatever they feel like .. the have no respect acting like your begging them for food or something.. They should atleast have an attitude adjustment talk with management..like are they that desperate for workers It's just very sad to see .. This female literally through my food in my hand and said have a nice day while the one that took the order was shaking her head right in front of me because of my order.. if your reading this save your self and your money and just eat something else .. this is the worst customer service I ever experience in Canada.. all of u women in there should be ashamed to...
