Drive-thru is painfully slow.....all the time. Donuts are put into bags and the toppings stick to the inside totally ruining the donut, cant you just use boxes on donuts with toppings? Don't even bother ordering breakfast sandwiches....consistantly wrong. My toasted bagel this morning was black.....c'mon guys.
New comment. Captains log. Stardate 06-27-2025. Approx. 10pm. I go through drive thru and order a large double double. It was hot. I drive over to the parking lot on the other side of the Indian restaurant, park my car, and as I usually do, let me coffee cool down while I catch up on emails and the like on my phone. I get distracted and approx 29 mins or so goes by before I touch the coffee. First sip and it was disgusting. Something isn't right with it. Pull back into the drive through as doors where locked at 10:38, they said np when I told them my coffee was bad. I pull up and the lady totally challenges me saying I never did come through the drive thru, " Ive been here since 10 o'clock and you didn't come through" she says. My timing may have been slightly inaccurate, but I wasn't off that much. 5 mins? 10? Doesn't matter, she challenged me by I insinuating that I was trying to scam a free coffee!!! I even gave her the still warm coffee I had before and she still seemed reluctant. Now, my household visits this location every day, and to be treated in such a way confirms this chain is a shell of what it used to be. The amount of times we get a bad coffee (and not return it like I tried to do this time because we where long gone most other times), wrong order, just gross order, it doesn't happen all the time, but defiantly consistently enough. Told them and re ordered and confirmed the order. Get to the window, they asked for others back. Already tossed in garbage. Anyway, they can't take garbage back through the window. We were told the last time we tried from the manager. Git our stuff and left. Can't be wrong again.. right? WRONG!!! WE HAD ALREADY HEADED OUT OF CITY, I WAS SO GUTTED WE WENT BACK. This time, I took it inside and asked for the manager. The supposed manager came up. I opened the lid on my tea and said, "Does that look like 2 cream?" She lifts it up, smells it, and looks at me strange. I repeated, does that look like 2 cream in there. She says no,what was your order,I told her and said we already had a wrong order. Oh yes, she said. I will look. Comes back with a cup. Here this is a new one. I open and taste .. yup, right. Then I ask lately that this has been an ongoing problem here ,what is being done or will be done. She tells me I will bring it up at the next meeting. Great, I said. What made the experience even more unpleasant was overhearing the lady who prepared my coffee telling the person who handed it to me that I should “better make my coffee at home.” I found this comment to be unprofessional and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expect not only a quality product but also courteous service.
