Unprofessional Management ⭐☆☆☆☆

This isn't a review about the products, but by the way staff are treated. I was shocked today by how poorly the younger staff are treated by management. I watched an older female who I presume was the manager snatch a blender out of a young girl’s hand and speak to her in a completely unacceptable tone. The girl handled it professionally, but I could see how uncomfortable she felt, and I regret not speaking up. It was embarrassing to watch, and I wasn't the only customer in there to mention how unprofessional that was. Management should remember that respecting employees is key to a positive customer...

Checked on Google to make sure it was open, and then raced over because I was so exited it was open till 10, only for the staff to not open the door for me. Was really disappointed to see two guys working in there, but have it closed 15 minutes early. If the location closes early to clean up I wish the store hours on Google...

EDIT : Insinuating that your staffs lack of competence is somehow your customers fault is absolutely outrageous. You took my payment and never delivered the product, and won't issue a refund. Your a theaf. Get **ed pal!
