Canadian Pizza & Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Alberta

The absolute worst pizza I ever ate. And by eat I took four bites and seriously decided not to eat it. Even after waiting 1 hour for it. First off we got our pizza and I ordered a candian pizza it has mushrooms on it. They were canned mushrooms. I've been eating pizza with mushrooms on it my whole life and I've never gotten canned mushrooms. It tasted like a can of mushrooms. I'm pretty sure people who are buying food for their fall out bunker don't even buy canned mushrooms. This pizza place said they've been using canned mushrooms for years when I called them to complain. The guy on the phone said they've never had a complaint about the canned mushrooms before. I believe that because most people don't bother to call someone to complain. Yes I called the restaurant to tell them their pizza with canned mushrooms are inedible. The guy on the phone said he will remake it with out the mushrooms and re deliver. Great. I took his offer but the second pizza even though redone was also not worth eating. Everything about the pizza was gross. Cheese, crust, sauce, meat. It all tasted fake and had no flavor. Was the worst pizza I've had. I thought this place would be okay because we had the same brand pizza place in canmore and we thought it was good. Obviously goes by who ever is running the place.( Franchise owners) but this place must get ingredients from another place. Would not...

We are a fan of Canadian Pizza Unlimited and all the time we like to order from them. But not a good experience at this location in Drumheller. We ordered Veggie Mediterranean pizza, picked it up on our way back to Calgary. When we opened the box on our way, found out it was just a simply veggie pizza. Also, Toppings were not cooked well as they were very crunchy, and saltless pizza.

This particular Drumheller location of Canadian Pizza Unlimited is very expensive. You get the medium pizza there for the price of X-Large pizza as compared to the other Canadian Pizza Unlimited locations (in Calgary, Edmonton & surrounding areas). Not sure if this franchise owner allowed to...

We had a big group reservation there for 25 people cause a number of family friends with young kids all came to Drumheller for a friends trip - and it was SO GREAT! The owner was so accommodating, and the whole family had delicious pizza, fried chicken, salad and more. The kids were drawing & playing while the parents were visiting very comfortably. A girl had her birthday so we had ice cream cake stored in their freezer too! We had such a nice 2-hour dinner and left thinking we would go back there again should the friends trip come back to Drumheller....
