Ordered pizza from their quite often, sometimes the pizza is undercooked the crust is still doughy and not golden brown like it should be. They had a 10 dollar promotion on for medium pizza's to a specific kind each day of the week I had called and asked if an exception could be made due to the pizza being offered for that particular day was not a kind I would prefer to have. Basically mid sentence asking if an exception could be made and was told no and was hung up on. This is small town drumheller and people are used to that "small town friendlyness" from local businesses. I did not feel that way when I contacted pizza hut and I am sure I am not the only one. They are so helpful there. I placed a delivery order there and then noticed awhile after I placed it that construction started on my street where they were tearing up the whole road. I called them to let them know that the delivery driver probably couldn't make it to my house because of it and that it was totally my fault for not noticing so I told them I was more than fine with them keeping the money and food because that's on me for not knowing and totally not their fault. The man still somehow managed to deliver it he must have had to walk. Unbelievable...
