Eclipse Restaurant + Lounge — Restaurant in Alberta

Hubby and I were out and about Leduc area trying decide on somewhere for dinner. It was 8:45pm and a lot of sit downs were closed. We stumbled across Eclipse and boy are we glad we did.

The restaurant was quiet, but as soon as we walked in greeted by two friendly gentlemen at the bar. We found our seats and began looking over the menu.

The martinis we ordered were DELICIOUS! When we complimented the gentleman (who I believe was name Rana) he made a sweet joke and said he "made it with love" and you could definitely taste it was!

We shared the clubhouse and fish and chips. My hubby has been on the road the last few days and said this was the best meal he's had in days. Everything, from the sandwhich to the Cesar salad to the fries and fish. Everything was amazing and tastes so good. The fish was nice and crispy. The sandwhich was well built and garnished with a cherry tomato.

The restaurant had a great atmosphere although almost closing time. You can tell Rana really loves his job and is truly great at it! Thank you for the unexpected experience, it was a great evening paired...

Came here for Valentines Day and we will never come back. My boyfriend ordered a beer and got the wrong beer then when he was going to get the beer he wanted the draft beer went down but the waitress didnt even ask if he wanted something else she just said no beer and walked away. We all ordered and mine was supposed to have a soup to start which I never got until all our food came out. My boyfriend ordered Cola BBQ wings and got buffalo wings and my hollandaise was cold for my dish. We finished our drinks and never saw our waitress. We tried to get another waitress to come over but she smiled and walked away. We finally talked to our waitress and asked for refills which we never got and she took our wings and went to the back and then came back again and made us show her the menu and where we seen it so we showed her and as we where trying to talk to her she just walked away from our table. I came here with my hubby about a week ago, I think they're tweaking though. I came here for dinner with my hubby about a week ago, I can indeed state that the food was sub-par. I tried their quinoa salad, it’s a qui-no from me. The fish taco’s? Taco ‘bout nasty. It was cold and I came to find that they don’t even use lettuce, but rather cabbage! My hubby boo tried the sirloin and ordered a medium-well but instead got more of a medium-rare. The service was fine, aside from having to wait 40 min in an almost-empty restaurant – but it was the food that was disappointing. I can indeed conclude that the best menu item is water.
