Environment     3 It's a small area. There are a few stains and spills on the walls around our table. The lights are very dull and white. Makes it feel like a truck stop. I would suggest getting warmer light bulbs. Bathroom is well lit and clean.

Service     4.7 It was a seat yourself situation. We sat in the back. It took our server a while to notice us. She apologized once she discovered us. She was pleasant and nice the entire time. Got our drinks refilled whenever we were empty

Taste     3 Theres not much you could do to make these types of dishes bad. We started with the pasta salad. It was quite good, and I appreciate the housenmade dressing. Unfortunately the parmesan was powdered parmesan, which makes me sad. Despite that, it tasted very good. My main course was a hot beef sandwich with swiss cheese accompanied by mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes honestly tasted leftover  and they were smooth on the top. To me this means ingot the last scoop of the day. The hot beef was a little dry, but the gravy had a nice spice to it. The bead wasn't soggy. I would've toasted the bread.

Satisfaction/price     4.2 I got full once I finished my main course. My girlfriend was full so she did not finish her sandwich and packed it up.

I visited Sept 2024 around 7pm and took over 90 minutes for me to order, recieve food, eat and pay. The resturant side was dead except one couple from USA. I took this as a fluke that it took over 90 minutes for just 1 person.

Well fast forward to today and the same thing happened when I went 15 minutes after opening and I even had a kiddo with me. It took close to 40 minutes to receive a burger, clubhouse, one soup, and one fry. We were practically done eating when the waitress Rina came to check on how the food was and then ignored us for 15 minutes to gossip with the kitchen staff and other waitress. The kicker was when I had asked for soup options, and was told one, then the people that came in as we were finishing our food was told french onion as well as the chicken vegetable. I did not receive my order on Jan 18, 25 I called in the afternoon placed a order, the lady that was working the phone said they didn't do delivery until 5 pm. So she suggested, I do my order anyway, that it will be delivered at 5:10 pm. I wasn't going to place the order. But since she suggested, I did. 5:10 came , no delivery or call was made. I called back and had to change my address which I did then I gave it some more time, and still nothing, so I called at 7:pm and they said there was no apartment number and that my phone number was wrong. I gave her my number AGAIN and it is the correct number because she repeated it back to me. Says my delivery will be here. I said call when you're outside. I waited again, and absolutely no delivery or call was made. I did NOT receive my order and waited all day for the order , that she suggested I make, because they dont do...
