2 stars for delicious fresh squeezed juice, minus 3 stars for very rude service. The male server threw straws at us. He did not use words to ask which size we wanted. He just touched smaller cup and Large cup, looked at us like he was waiting for us to say something... did not tell us which juice was which even though we ordered a couple of carrot juice with different things in. My family members were waiting outside because they said maximum 2 persons at a time and the server asked me if they are ok because they were looking inside. Been here many times, but apparently not in a few years lol. Smoothies are top notch. Was in on the weekend. I got my smoothy and asked for a straw. I assume the owner, proudly and as if he's sick of people asking for one said, "we've been straws free for years". He then proceeded to give me a muiltple step process on how to drink without a straw. I left thinking he was trying to describe some kind of straw built into the cup or something. Then I walked outside, took a look at the cup. It's essentially a Tim Hortons coffee cup with a flap to open, thanks for tips man. Canmore is one of our favourite destinations and we have been customers at Mountain Juice several times over the years. In true tourist town fashion they are definitely overpriced. This is expected but what I don’t like is the treatment I have received from staff. Over the last couple of years there is one male worker there in particular that I have seen been aggressive and extremely rude to not only myself and my family but to other customers as well. In all honestly I hope that a more professional juice bar is opened in Canmore so we can have a better option...
