We had a fantastic experience at Okotok’s Donair and Pizza, all thanks to the amazing service by Samrat! From the moment we walked in until we left, he was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about making sure we had the best possible meal.

He recommended a regular Donair and made a brilliant suggestion on how to enjoy it best — and he was absolutely right. The flavor was incredible, and the portion size was more than satisfying. The donair was perfectly balanced, fresh, and so delicious that we’re still thinking about it!

What stood out the most was how consistently attentive Samrat was throughout our visit. He served us with great care, constantly checking in to ensure we were enjoying everything, even offering spices to elevate the taste just the way we like it.

If you’re visiting here, look out for Samrat — he’ll definitely make your experience memorable....

Hands down, Okotoks Pizza & Donair delivers with amazing food! This is LITERALLY the only place we order from. The quality and fresness of their ingredients, the care in the preparation and consistency of flavors makes this our go to place and it always exceeds my expectations. Not to mention, their staff and delivery guy are so wonderful! So far we've tried the following. All A+: Classic pepperoni pizza Burger and fries (not sure how the fries are so crispy!!!) Donair Buffalo ranch wings Onion rings Breadsticks Butter chicken Clubhouse Sandwich Kids mac and cheese

What’s the most important thing on a pizza ? The crust !! This crust delivers in spades !! The way it was cooked was, “perfection” !! The cheese was browned perfectly. There was exactly the right amount of everything ( meat, cheese, vegetables and meat) on this pizza . Exactly what I would hope for . BUT: I could only give it 4stars. Sadly … it had taken on the taste of cardboard from the box. I was 8-10 minutes late picking up, but if there had been more parchment paper under the pizza, the moisture wouldn’t have brought out the flavour of cardboard … otherwise … perfect pizza. I recommend Okotoks Donair and Pizza, But I am also hoping the Friendly Staff there read this and put a larger sheet of waxed or parchment paper between the pizza and the box …...
