Pizza 73 — Restaurant in Alberta

My husband and I ordered pizza last night for dinner. We wanted to relax and watch a show, so we opted to pay online and have the “no contact” pickup option since we knew we wouldn’t be able to hear the doorbell from the basement. We checked the door every few minutes, but apparently missed the driver. No big deal right? Wrong. They called one time, and when I immediately called back was directed to the main office, so I couldn’t talk to the local store or the driver with our dinner. Instead of leaving the order, they left with the food, and closed the store so we couldn’t even attempt to call them. After being on hold for 15 minutes, a main office representative told me there was nothing he could do and offered a refund. Not helpful since at this point we were starving and also wanted to go to bed. Not even a coupon was offered or a percentage off our next order to make it right. Just unbelievable customer service. Soggy wings, cold fries and cold over cooked pizza. All yours for $129. Was tracking delivery and it said delivered 45 minutes after the order, still took another 30 minutes and a phone call to figure out what was going on. Was told the tracker times out after 45 minutes… I’m sure… I know it was delivered to the wrong address. Complained to no avail, wasted good money and composted all the left overs. Asked for a call from the owner and was told that’s not possible! Avoid this big box chain at all costs! Support small town local owners! We pre-ordered pizza from here for my son’s birthday. It wasn’t coming and I called 5 times to see where it was and they kept saying 5 minutes. They lied and it came over an hour late after the party was over. I didn’t want the pizza anymore as it was for the kids and they made me pay for old cold pizza and offered me $10 for my next order.
