TacoTime — Restaurant in Alberta

I guess i know now why this place has low reviews. It was our first and last time at this place. Took my daughter for a scenic drive to the mountains as she has had a fever for few days now and at the end of the trip she decided she wanted some burritos. Ordered two burritos, beef/cheese and one without meat the refrito, and large mexi-fries, i pointed to the flyer they had on the display with weekly specials, i said twice that i would like to have these deluxe fries. I also advised i would like to have that to go. Get home, open up and surprise!!! Regular fries, bag covered in oil thats now all over the countertop. Bite my beef/cheese burrito, no cheese. Sick Kiddo takes a bite of the refrito, and says beans are cold. Also nothing inside except the bean paste. FFS. Seriously people??? Called and spoke to the manager and she told me i got what i ordered and what was on the receipt.

Perhaps you should hire somebody who is more competent for the front, no? Perhaps i should have repeated myself two or three more times, no?

You are the one that has explained (multiple times in front of me) to the worker upfront what a refrito is. And YET YOU STILL HAVE FAILED. 30$ Down the drain. But it was a good experience. I learned that i will never set my foot in there again and i will advise anyone i know of this...

I am a grade 10 student at the foothills composite high school I go here for lunch every single day and give them my money every day today I went there for lunch bought a taco and mexi fries like I do almost everyday after I finished eating and went to the washroom I was met with one of the workers from the kitchen running after me screaming that I can’t use the bathroom I proceeded to say I payed for food and went to the washroom, when I was done I exited the bathroom and when I walked out he was standing there recording me and trying to take pictures of my face I repeatedly told him that I paid for my food and he just kept repeating that the washroom is for paying customers he proceeded to torment me for another 10 minutes about why I needed to go to the bathroom after I sat back down. After that I eventually decided to leave, I have never once been met with this level of disrespect for doing absolutely nothing, I may be young and just a teenager but I did absolutely nothing wrong and feel very uncomfortable about some 30 year old man taking pictures of me as I come out of the bathroom. The worst part is this same type of thing has happened to at least 8 others girls that I am friends with it’s harassment and is making me and many of the young teen girls and guys that I know very...

I have been to this Taco Time multiple times, just 15-20 minutes ago. We went in and decide to order our usual. A 30 year old bald guy takes our order. The guy was not being friendly rather rude. my friend looked very uncomfortable after we order our food and I decide to laugh at my friend because she was making a goofy face. We think nothing of it and proceed to sit down. 5-10 minutes later he yells at my friend and accuses us of laughing at him. “Why were you laughing at me?” as he stutters to ask. “We weren’t laughing at you” my friend replies. “Yes you were. You don’t laugh at me. You have to respect me!” He then proceeds to slam the tray on the table. My friend cried to me in trauma so we decide to leave the store.
