Taco Bell — Restaurant in Alberta

This is the first restaurant review I have ever written. It has taken me several experiences at their drive thru to finally motivate me enough to write this out. They are hands down the worst fast food restaurant I have ever eaten at. We have gone through their drive thru probably 8 or 9 times (it is the only taco bell for an hour or so) and 80% of the time it has been a negative experience.

Here is a list of issues I have found:

The staff have no concept of customer service. They often don't greet you, will have their back turned to you at the drive through. If any issues arises with the order, no apology is given, which leads me too...

They have messed up our order in a large way at least 4 times. We have ordered gordita crunch with no meat, beans instead, being extra careful to ensure they understood what were ordering. 4 times we have received meat and the first two times we didn't realize until we got home (we checked after that).

Last time we were there (which will be the last time ever) they put meat on the gordita and instead of cheese fries they gave us chili cheese fries. We went in to let them know of the issue and again no apology. They then proceeded to give us the correct taco, but again they gave us supreme fries that had meat on it!!!

The washrooms are disgusting. Toilet paper all over the floors and piss on all the seats.

Their drive thru speaker is a joke. You can't hear them and god knows if they can hear you.

I am sure there are other things as well, but my recommendation is that you NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION...

I would give zero stars if possible. I had this interaction tonight, trying to order through the drive thru after waiting for three cars ahead of us. The lady is short with us and when I asked to change one of my drinks to something else she said it’s already made (even though I haven’t finished ordering and there are still three cars in front of us waiting). She sighs over the loud speaker and is like “is that all? First window.” And cuts us off before we can finish ordering. After waiting 20 minutes for our food, we’re only given one of our two drinks. We ask for the other drink and she’s says “you wanted it changed so I did.” And yes, that was for one of the drinks. She replies that she never charged us for the drink and it’s not her fault, instead of asking if we’d still like it. There was no receipt in the bag either to verify if we paid for one or two drinks. NEVER...

What was supposed to be a quick meal on the road turned to a parked eat.

I ordered at the loud speaker and the girl wearing napkins on her ears AND YES I MEAN LITERAL NAPKINS didn’t hear me and ended up paying twice, whatever I moved on. 4 Doritos tacos all smashed to hell and turned into taco salads. Asked for regular fries not supreme and ended up paying for and getting supreme. Upon attempting to call and complain 3 calls ignored with no answer.

Edit: drive through window girl also gave a rude comment when I FINALLY got all my food ordered. I double checked the bag for sauce before leaving and she goes “there’s people waiting time to go” so out of spite I asked for more hot sauce which was rudely almost thrown into my car.
