Please don’t just reply to the comments, do something about it. Some of the team members are super nice but some are just super rude, no greetings , no smile and even if you try to be nice with them they will just give blank face . Those few faces and their service is enough to ruin your day. I hope management will read all the reviews and take action to make everything right . Make sure your team has name tags on them so that it’s easy to let you know about the staff that are ruining the experience. Secondly, Make sure your coffee is fresh , which is never fresh on this location and please train your employees.Teach them that let the coffee brew first , don’t just give the coffee within 30 seconds of pressing brew button. Tell them to engage with customers, greet and smile. Last but not least please have enough staff on your floor.
I will definitely get you better reviews if you can work on this.

Read moreThe coffee was served from Tim Hortons tent in the stampede breakfast on July 7, 2025 at Crossiron Mills, when It was given by a man staff there was coffee spills on top of the lid since it’s closed I didn’t asked to change it. I brought it to Marshalls then suddenly something pop up in my mouth nearly my last sip. I found a disgusting small soft stuff from my coffee as pictured.
I went outside to tell the Tim Hortons staff in their car because no more Tim Hortons tent. She said “it looks like meat” and she also shew it to the other 2 girls who said the same thing. The staff asked me to take photos and reported to the store inside the mall that provided the coffee or the customer service. But then she appointed some ladies and gentlemen at hand are owner and the management so I can talk to them. One of the lady with the cowboy hat squeezed it and said “it’s pancake not meat”. On the other hand the man with the cowboy hat (Dave?) said “you will never get sick with the pancake in the coffee”. OMG this is really nasty food contamination and makes me nauseous!! Read moreI have never been to a Tim hortons with worse service than this one. I ordered lunch while on my 30 minute break from work. All I ordered as a tea, wrap and potato wedges. I received the wrap and drink first. Upon asking about the wedges, I was told it would take 5-6 minutes. I continued waiting for another 15 minutes, making it a 20 minute total wait. I asked again and was met with extremely rude attitude from a male employee. I explained that it was not fair for people who come here with limited time to have to wait for this long when other businesses would have the food right away. He responded by saying that it wasn’t his problem that I had a set time of 30 minutes for break and proceeded to walk away. His female coworkers continued talking and staring at me as well as laughing to themselves. Prior to the confrontation, the one coworker was tickling the males back which is entirely unprofessional when they both should have been working.
