Sapranos Pizza — Restaurant in Alma

Wow! Amazing pizza.

I wasn't expecting much for a pizza place that misspells the name of a famous TV series which is why I've never tried this place until this past weekend, but I regret not having tried it years before.

A large group of families were camping nearby and we decided on pizza for our second night. We pre-ordered for a specific pick up time and when we got there everything was ready. We ordered two of their version of a party pizza which they call the "Gang Size" and a 12" cheese pizza.

When we lifted the box lid we were pleasantly surprised how perfectly cooked the top of the pizza was. The cheese was golden... you know that perfect color just before it starts to burn but darkened more than white mozzarella in it's uncooked state.

The toppings were evenly distributed and an even ratio of sauce/cheese/toppings to give this pizza a great taste. The crust was bread tasting, which I love. The pizza didn't last long... I think we all wished that we would have ordered more.

Now I'm faced with deciding on pizza or lobster when I go to Alma. I can't wait to get back to Alma for some Saprano's pizza! Don't let the "cheesy" name stop you from checking...

I have waited for three years to come back to Sopranos. This was the apex of my vacation. "Going for pizza, see ya in two weeks!" I am never disappointed with the quality of the food nor the staff. Their covid safety measures are well thought out and effective. I have sung their praises to anyone that will listen and to some that wouldn't. I told fellow vacationers about this must visit location. It is my mission to spread the good word that Sopranos is the place to visit if you want great food. Make it the reason for your vacation! My family has said that the BBQ chicken pizza is on par with mine....with much less clean up. I'm sure that they are only being kind because they live with me and I know...

Absolutely horrible dining experience. Came last week with Girl friend since we were visiting the hopewell rocks and fundy park, and thought it would be a good place to stop and grab a bite to eat. Boy was I ever wrong.

The dining was nice, but the staff, not so much. Our waitress was a young girl who would not get off of her cell phone, and was being very short with her answers and did not seem like she liked her job or wanted to be there at all. I found a long brown blonde hair in my garlic fingers, but didn't say anything as she already seemed angry to be serving us.

The food was good, waitress, not so much! Will not be returning if i have same waitress...
