Walked in and ordered 3 large greek gyro salads. Meat on the side, extra crispy. 2 extra pita and a large fries. Told 5, 10 min max. Thought the service was great and dropped a five dollar bill into the tip box. 🤪 mistake. It took over 20 min. Had I had not caught her, but the meat would have ended up on the salads. Got back to the airbnb with the bags and had no french fries. Called to see if there was any way to have them delivered because I am from out of town and was hosting a party, of course, told no and then offered a five dollar credit, which is not even the cost of the large french fry. This used to be my go-to spot, but the quality has plummeted since the new owner took over. The once-fresh ingredients are gone, replaced by brown lettuce and blemished tomatoes. It's clear the owner has no pride in the food he's serving. I can't imagine he would eat it himself. Beyond the food, his disrespectful attitude toward his employees is unacceptable. I personally witnessed him being rude to the staff, to the point that another customer intervened. This lack of respect for both his team and his customers has made it an unpleasant experience all around. I will not be returning to this location and would advise others to...

Gyros & More is absolutely thriving under the new ownership! The portions are massive—you’ll definitely get your money’s worth here. Everything tastes fresh and flavour-packed, and their greek pitas are easily the best in town. Perfectly grilled, generously stuffed, and full of bold, authentic taste.

The new owner clearly cares about quality and customer satisfaction. Service was quick, friendly, and the vibe in the restaurant felt super welcoming.
