They are one of the only pizza shops to use original sourdough techniques from centuries ago. That's why the crust is suitable for gluten intolerant people. The fermentation process predigests the wheat's anti nutrient properties making all nutrients bioavailable.
I know how hard this family works to produce the quality product they do. Year one they worked 14h days 7 days a week. The last 4 years they have worked 12-13h days 5 days a week.
For anyone to lazily hit a 1 star review because they sat on their couch, didn't plan ahead, and called after hours is unfair.
It isn't based on how the quality of the pizza is, or how their customer service is, it's simply their only weapon for not getting what they want when they demand it.
This family deserves reveiws based on who they are. Not adult tantrums.
