The Bulldog Grand Cafe Silver Star — Restaurant in Area C (Silver Star)

I was coming here for 2 years almost every day during the season with my kids and a baby. They have amazing manager who could speak Dutch with my husband. Great staff with waiters who are always considered and even remember what me and kids order. It was way before loud big woman with long black hair who always talks over everyone about herself and her dog was hired. I’m having a miscarriage today with heavy bleeding. Dr said can’t carry anything more then 10 pounds. Kids had a lesson and event and I didn’t want to screw their day so we went. So my husband sat me and a baby and a bag to the same sofa we are always sitting at and went to the front door. Many tables were empty. Woman came to me and said they have a waitlist and table is not available and I can’t just go and sit myself. So I picked a baby and a bag, went to the front door as well as my husband and a front man were coming to the patio and he said there are tons of tables and sofa is absolutely available. She came back to serve is obviously not happy I’m here. Said AGAIN she has a long list of reservations of tables. I said sorry but we didn’t just sit myself husband was at the front door and got the reservation and it was available, we were given menus by the front door staff. She loudly yelled oh it’s not a big deal. Then I again asked my husband what is it with reservations again, he said he was there and was told it’s fine again. She continued yelling “I can still hear you!” . Ok? So I’m not aloud to double check with my husband if it was reservation? I walked all the way back to the door while soaking bloody pad and carrying heavy things then walked back already. I apologized I myself cut few meters because I’m bleeding but husband went. That didn’t make her happy and he continued picking with this reservation and bullying. I do not know what is her problem then. Whatever that is I hope she finds her happiness in better ways than cruelty on people who didn’t do anything to her and literally followed her instructions even they were unnecessary. I hope she will never know how it is to loose a child and never have a narcissistic person like...

First of the lunch here was fantastic and the waitress was really good. I'd highly recommend you look out for the special as it is a great deal especially up in the mountains. However I came here with some friends for a drink later that night and had to deal with the rudest bartender I've ever interacted with. Firstly he gave my friend attitude when she asked for a different type of vodka, secondly he complained when I asked him to give me less head in my drink as it was 4 finger deep and I'm not paying for a pint when I don't receive one. He then complained and blamed it on the fact he asked to check my ID, however I am a smaller individual from the uk so I'm used to getting my ID checked so this didn't face me when he asked. He was a terrible bartender with a terrible attitude and really spoiled my overall...

We treated ourselves to a rare night out and chose the Bull Dog. Harprite was our very knowledgeable server and we took her recommendations from the Indonesian side of their menu. The meals were awesome and the accompanying cocktails and Guinness were expertly prepared. By the time dessert decisions were to be made we trusted her recommendations without doubt and enjoyed a delicious tiramisu with an expresso martini to finish off a great meal. Charming service with quality food and drink in a comfortable setting… what more could we ask for? ...
