I understand they just opened recently so it's understandable that service is slower than the norm. However in today's visit, I ordered ahead of time online and the norm is 20 minutes for the order to be ready for pick up. 20 minutes after I placed the order, I went into the store and was advised by staff that they haven't inputted my drink yet and thus the order hasn't started. I left the store and came back 20 minutes later and was again advised that my drink hasn't been started yet.
So here's the issue, when the drink was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes and you guys haven't started the drink when I first followed up after the initial 20 minutes when it was supposed to be ready, you would think that you would get started on that drink right away. But the fact that I came back 20 minutes later, (a total of 40 minutes from when the order was placed) and my drink was still not started? There's no excuse for that. Being a new location and having new staff is not an excuse for this.
This is just poor customer service and poor judgement on the part of your staff.
Also on a side note, when the store opened last week, their tablet for adding Vicinity points was not working and they took down my phone number on a piece of paper they were using to keep track of all customer's phone numbers and advised that my points would be added once the tablet was back up. A few days later, I went back to the store and their tablet was working but my points were never added automatically as they had promised. I had to remind them and show them my receipt from the days before just to get my points, even though it should've been done automatically when your tablet was up and running. Because the pieces of paper you wrote all your customer's phone numbers on was no longer beside the tablet, so I'm not sure what you guys did with that list.

Every visit is a consistently positive experience, and it is clear that the team truly cares about delivering excellent customer service. The bobaristas genuinely seem to enjoy their work, and that positive energy creates such a welcoming environment.
The store is always spotless with a modern, stylish interior. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and it smells absolutely incredible the moment you walk in. The scent of brown sugar and fresh tea fills the space and makes it feel warm and inviting.
I would like to give a special thank you to the Southeast Asian male bobarista who was working around 9:00 PM on July 13, 2025. He helped me redeem my birthday reward and went above and beyond to make sure everything was processed smoothly. He was so kind, patient, and professional throughout the interaction. His attention to detail and great attitude really stood out and made my visit feel extra special.
I ordered my usual Thai milk tea with no pearls, and it was absolutely perfect. The flavor was rich and smooth with just the right amount of sweetness. They got it exactly right, which I truly appreciate. I have never had a single issue at this location. The drinks are always made accurately and consistently, and the team is always quick and efficient without ever rushing the customer experience.
This has become my go-to Chatime spot for a reason. The quality, service, and atmosphere are unmatched. I am so grateful to the amazing staff who work hard to create such a great experience every time. I will definitely continue coming back, and I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves great drinks and exceptional service.

I have had horrendous experiences with The Alley which is located across the street from this Chatime, so when I originally saw the Chatime sign go up I was really excited that I would be able to get a Chatime now instead of being forced to go to The Alley. Fast forward to now. I have been here 3 to 4 times and this location HAS to be the SLOWEST. The times I have come here, I'm ALWAYS waiting. The wait isn't just to collect your drink, the line up to place your order moves slower than anything I have ever seen. The cashier seems to be doing everything at this location from taking the order, to preparing the cups with the toppings, to typing in the online orders, to packing up and distributing orders to the customers/delivery drivers. Why is there only one person doing these things? There have been times where I end up standing right in front of the cashier, being advised that she "will be with me shortly" and I end up standing and waiting between 5 to 8 minutes while she runs around like a mad person. This does not seem to be the case at every Chatime as this is the only location that seems to take this amount of time to turn over customers. If you are in a rush, this location is NOT for you (wait times may be 20 to 30 mins for a drink).
