Pita Pit — Restaurant in Aurora

Super disappointing experience at Pita Pit/Yogen Fruz. I’ve been to this location several times, and usually the staff are accommodating and respectful. However, my most recent visit was extremely unsatisfactory and disappointing. I will not be returning.

The frozen yogurt we bought (regular size) was $10+ each with tax, but the yogurt was melting/not mixed well when we received it, and the amount of frozen yogurt was extremely little. I explained to the staff that the cookies and cream yogurt (see photos below) was not enough to constitute a regular sized frozen yogurt, but the staff said the lack of yogurt was due to the “cookies melting the yogurt.” The staff would not add any yogurt or address my issues with the quality of the frozen yogurt.

Having purchased frozen yogurt several times from Yogen Fruz, I know that this is not the correct amount of yogurt.

Considering the poor customer service, lack of quality control, and price, do yourself a favour and do not visit...

Pita was just ok, nothing special. Have stopped at many locations, was a bit disappointed here. Small pita had minimal toppings added even though i asked for more. I was told i had to pay extra for more cheese (they literally gave me half a teaspoon of cheese and when i politely asked for extra I was told its an additional cost). My pita was tiny, not much contents for the price. I get that every business is raising prices while cutting back on materials but this was a bit too much in my opinion. I don’t normally leave negative reviews!! There was a time when the pitas at Pita Pit were worth it, but that’s long gone. Today’s visit was a disaster — the meat was bone-dry, clearly abandoned on the grill for 15 minutes while the server fumbled around with three pitas. For $20+ a pita, I expect quality, not something that tastes like leftovers reheated twice.
