Ordered from them and had our order canceled after 30 minutes of waiting. 15 minutes before delivery they decide to cancel it. No messages to try and correct it . Nothing. Worst service ever.
Fast to check bad reviews on Google. Still worst customer service ever including lieing after in the reply in the review . You state that I didn't change it in the alloted time. But I have the proof that I did in fact change it and it was changed for a pizza. Clearly you didn't want to do the order and clearly you want to cover your bad business practices. You have two options to change an order on uber eats. One via text and one via phone. A customer places an order you do the least to accommodate them ! You took the cheapest and easiest way to do things. Reading other reviews on here just proves this ! I'd give you zero stars if I could for no service at all . These people are either preternaturally bad at understanding their own published menu, or they see gaslighting the kind of people who order takeout pizza as a profit-centre. Read moreGiving this rating due to the horrible customer service. We decided to try the restaurant out as it’s local in our neighborhood and we love to try local places. Well we stood there waiting to place an order for what seemed like a very extended period of time. Some guy was standing around in the kitchen on his phone and knew we were there but didn’t acknowledge us. Then finally after several more minutes told someone in the back that there was a customer. The gentleman proceeded to come to the front of the restaurant pick up a bell that was hidden and place it down In front of us. Really! That’s how you greet customers, let alone a new customer! Food was just ok. After such a lousy customer service experience why would we return.
