Burger King — Restaurant in Barrie

Made an online order was there in 10-12 minutes from time of ordering, went through the drive thru like it says to do got parked out front which isn’t a problem but after 20 minutes which I timed I went into the store to ask how much longer it was going to be they had my order sitting there and told me they wanted to make sure it was right and it took a long time because I ordered two meals I think 30 minutes to make a couple burgers and a couple sides is more then enough time, took my order and went home not one thing in there was right and the fries were cold and soggy burgers were made incorrect, called and talked to the manager who couldn’t even understand what I was telling her and then hung up on me.. First time trying this local new Burger King and trying Burger King food in general. The food was hot and pretty good for the fast food expected, but the burger wrappers on the outside were very greasy although wrapped very well. The staff were kind and helpful to choose our order. Unfortunately, this restaurant felt dirty right from outside the front door. The concrete appeared all greasy, and the floors were slimy. The front countertop had food stuff stuck on it, and every table in the store was dirty along with the floor. We were almost so turned off that we didn’t make an order. Not a good experience. Heard a microwave going on when ordered, I believe they microwaved my burger?!?! Slow service, cleaning is bad (fruit flies on the soda machine). Ketchup was empty and employees would avoid eye contact as they are too busy and overwhelmed. I feel like they just had two girls to cover everything for lunch time in a Friday so they were clearly overwhelmed. Not a good experience, not sure o trust the cleanliness of the location.
