Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Barrie

My son placed an order, which they usually do at least 3x a week. An elderly white male 80% of the time delivers to our home. On multiple occasions he has been very rude and irate to the boys. Tonight was the second time I heard it myself after he took the money gave the pizza and told the boys everything is there but my tip. Then I heard the door hit the door hit the wall from the top of my stairs I could see the driver pushing open my door to tell my sons off. I ran down the stairs and had to pull my son back in who was now angry because the driver was verbally abusing him. Called the head office to let them know about this irate behavior and they suggested I should also call the police. When you order pizza there is a delivery charge, tipping is not required but appreciated to my knowledge, but asking for one and demanding one does not justify his behavior. These boys are teenagers and are just happy they can afford to buy the pizza they barely have any money. The new owners here are great, we even do our large orders there as well. But..... I will not tolerate a violent driver coming to our home. And.... he should not even be mentioning a tip with that attitude he will never get one. This store is extremely rude if I could I would give 0 stars, we order from pizza pizza alot and tonight we had an issue with our order we were suppose to get a large pepperoni/extra cheese/spicy sausage 3 coke and 3 dipping sauce, but ended up getting a large without extra cheese witch you have to pay extra for 2 cans of coke and 1 dipping sauce.

So we called into the call center to get a re order of the pizza and the rest of our order they said "it should only be 15-20 minutes" then I get a call from the store and he asked what was missing so I told him aswell and he also said the same thing it should be there in 15 minutes. I went outside to find out that he came with just the 1 pop and 2 dips so I asked him where my pizza was and he tells me "I'm the owner of the store and that he was with the delivery guy and telling me my order was done right and delivered properly" so I told him I want my pizza I paid for it and he told me "I'll go get it but that will be the last pizza you ever receive" and I told him I will be calling to get him fired and he told head office and the store that I shoved him and that he had to go home and at this point we have not received the replacement and they are being rude in the...

I ordered from this Location Tuesday night just before 8pm (assuming it wasnt any sort of rush hour) I took advantage of the new promo 3 topping XXL. Placed the order online, with a confirmation that it would be 60 minutes or less or free. I didnt expect the driver or company to take advantage of the timeline. They had it delivered in 57 minutes. I had no problem waiting an hour and more than likely wouldnt have tried to get a refund if it was late but when I got my pizza it was room temperature at best, the cheese no longer melty, very low quality ingredients. I had requested it to be cooked well done, which the dough and undercarriage was acceptable but I found it odd that the toppings had zero char. The sauce taste very bland, Ive had better tasting sauce come out of a lunchable. Pretty disappointing to say the least. Waiting almost an hour for a terrible pizza for 35 bucks (tax, tip delivery Inc.) I was sent an email for feedback to be entered into a draw for a 250 dollar gift card.
