We have ordered many times. I do like the gluten free pizza when cooked properly. It's honestly the only reason we still order. Every week there is an issue with our order. Food not cooked things missed. We often say nothing, but have called on a few occasions especially when we have received raw food. The customer service is poor at best. I have been told by managers that I'm incorrect when I tell them an item is raw. That being said our recent incident is one i can not let go. I'd call head office, but they don't seem to know the number or the owner at this location. So last resort is posting public. This evening we ordered online. We do have a unit number which is posted on our online account. For some reason it didn't record on the locations printout. The girl delivering called my phone and I gave her the unit number. My kids 12 and 14 always take our card to pay (something they love doing). As they answered the door the girl actually said "ugh great kids" followed by "next time put a unit number I was driving all over" this I find disgusting. A) we did and if I could send a photo of our account to somebody I"d happily do so B) you have no right yelling at 2 kids who by the way tipped you 20% even with your poor attitude. C) Its not the customers fault when your company has a glitch in their system. The icing on the cake our pizza came uncut. I think you should work on your quality control, but even more importantly customer service definitely needs working on. If anybody readings this knows of a good pizza place with a good gluten crust I'd love to change...

I recently ordered a 14-inch mushroom/vegetarian pizza from Domino's at 201 Cundles Rd E, Barrie, but was mistakenly delivered a 12-inch pizza. When I called the store, the employee kindly offered to send a replacement and said I could keep the original pizza. ORDER NUMBER 230, sept 1,2024
However, when I started eating the pizza, I was horrified to find a piece of sausage in what was supposed to be a vegetarian pizza. As someone from a Hindu background who has never consumed meat, this was extremely disturbing and a violation of my religious beliefs. When I called the store to report this, the supervisor responded dismissively, saying, "Oh, that happens sometimes." I found this response incredibly rude and unprofessional.
The supervisor also refused to give her real name, eventually providing a name that I later found out might not even be accurate. She also insisted on having the pizza returned, even though I had already disposed of it as advised by the initial employee.
This experience was not only deeply upsetting but also highlighted a serious lack of care and professionalism at this location. I am extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend this store to anyone, especially those with dietary restrictions or religious considerations and no refunds and compensation due to this...
Read moreIm not one to write bad reviews, but tonight we had such a terrible experience I canât help but share. We placed an order around 6:15pm and waited on our expected 40 minute delivery time. We get a call just shy of an hour later from the store saying the driver canât find our house (were in a townhouse complex), and said the driver would call us. 10 minutes goes by with no call, and we end up calling the store to follow up. Rather than contact us, the driver went back to the store to get new pizza because it was cold, which is fine but we wouldnât even have known if we didnât call. They said 15-20 minutes, nobody shows. We call back which is now 40 minutes later from last calling and we get hung up on! Tried calling again, no luck. Call from a different number and they said it would be there soon. When our pizza finally arrived, the one had no sauce on majority of the pizza and the second one was missing toppings, AND a drink was missing. I know things go wrong but this was a terrible experience and it is now the 4th time either something was missing or something in our order was wrong. Itâs unfortunate as we love the food, but now we...
