Marty's Coffee Bistro — Restaurant in Barrie

Extremely rude barista, interruptded customers to ask me where I was going ( to the restroom) argued she did not recognize me... Been in four times... Same time same day last 4 weeks. Then when I went to tap the debit machine she said if you had been here before you would know you can't tap... Very rude... I probably used cash I ordered a small cappacino with no sugar caramel syrup... Got on the highway... Drink had no syrup... Brought it back she argued with me againI did not order correctly and did not replace the drink. Which was untouched. Worst coffee shop in Barrie rudest barista... I had ordered a specialty coffee, but she accidentaly put milk in it, but I dont drink milk. The owner who had served me would NOT make me a new one! She told me to drink the one I had and then pay for another the way I liked it. Which meant I would essentially pay for 2 coffees. I told her I cant drink milk...she refused to make me a new one. I wouldve cost nothing for her, and she still would've made a profit. I was a regular customer, going in almost every day. She clearly does not appreciate her customers, and she is very phony. Super cozy cafe, loved coming here on lunch when I was in high school and I stop in from time to time to get a panini, breakfast bagel delicious brownie, lemon bar, or my fave “Makin me Crazy” flavoured coffee beans (they have an awesome selection of flavoured coffee beans)

OH AND their breakfast on a bagel “the Canadian” is soooo delicious!! The ladies who own the cafe are so kind and welcoming and are always happy to serve you! Very cute hole in the wall cafe with hidden gems on the menu!! Does get busy from 10:30-11:30 because the high school has their lunch but the service is fast and there are quite a few tables to sit at as well...
