I had the pleasure of visiting Philthy Phillies cheese steaks shop recently, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the sandwich and the outstanding customer service provided by employees Abraham and Rahul.
I ordered the classic Philly cheese steak sandwich with extra onions and peppers, and it was simply delicious. The bread was fresh and soft, the steak was juicy and flavorful, and the cheese was melted to perfection. The generous portion size made it well worth the price, and I found myself completely satisfied after finishing my meal.
But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service I received from Abraham and Rahul. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and were happy to answer any questions I had about the menu. They were incredibly patient with me as I decided on my order, and made helpful suggestions based on my preferences.
Throughout my meal, Abraham and Rahul checked in on me to make sure everything was to my liking. Their friendly demeanor and attention to detail really made my experience at Philthy Phillies a positive one.
Overall, I highly recommend the classic Philly cheese steak sandwich from Philthy Phillies, but what truly sets this establishment apart is the outstanding customer service provided by employees like Abraham and Rahul. Their professionalism and genuine care for their customers make them an asset to the team and ensure that I will be returning to Philthy Phillies for...
Read moreCame in, the floor was philthy (pun intended). The mat was extremely messy and covered with junk and a few cigarette butts. A quick sweep would have made my first impression better, especially since the employee was on his phone doing nothing. I order, as I go to pay for my one philthy size sandwich, another customer came in as I'm paying. They order 6 sandwiches. He made their 6 sandwiches before making my one. Had to wait about 10 mins for him to get started on my order. At that point I regretted leaving the 18% tip. I finally get my sandwich and it was extremely thin despite being their biggest size. I'm not a large guy and have an average appetite. I thought paying $31 for a drink and their largest sandwich would have left me full, but there was less than 200g of meat. The flavor was phenomenal though, I'd have to say, just wish the guy behind the counter didn't make my first experience so poor and cared 10% about his job, especially with a decent tip. Not sure if the meat portions are controlled by him or the owner, but they have to add more meat to a sandwich they call "philthy". Finished it in 2 minutes and was still...
Read moreThis was my first time going and I’ve been dying for a crispy chicken burger just like the pic on the menu. So that’s what I ordered. To my disappointment the chicken was those frozen processed patties you get in a box at the grocery store . So basically my $22 meal (burger and fries), turned into something I could have made at home for less than $5. I realize restaurants are struggling but if I’m going to spend my money on eating out I’d like the experience to be different than what I can do at home with a box of frozen patties. And I’d like it to be worthwhile seeing as I don’t have money to splurge either. I’m not sure where that pic came from on the menu but it’s not what I ate. The fries were hard to eat . I don’t know if they are old or what….. saw her making fries so I’m not sure. But they certainly didn’t taste fresh. I wonder if they were...
