Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Barrie

Yesterday, on July 13, I ordered a pizza online from Pizza Hut (Order#113). Unfortunately, this turned out to be a horrendous experience. When my wife and I started eating the pizza, we immediately noticed that it tasted sour. Despite our initial reservations, we continued to eat it, hoping it was just an off flavor. However, shortly after, both of us experienced severe stomach pains, which were so intense that we had to visit the hospital in the middle of the night.

This is absolutely unacceptable. The quality and safety of the food served by Pizza Hut should never be compromised. Such negligence can have serious health consequences, as it did in our case. I will be submitting a formal complaint to Pizza Hut's head office and the Ministry of Health regarding this incident.

Ordered once from this location and when delivered the pizza was undercooked, the wings were undercooked the dough was literally still wet in the middle, they assured me that order again and they will make sure it is cooked properly. I ordered again went in to pick it up to check the pizza in person and again you could tell it was undercooked. That was enough for me and not one person in the kitchen was wearing a hair net and I see in reviews below how customers found hair in their pizza. I asked to speak to the manager who was apparently the owner as well and he refused to give his name and was very rude and did not care about a customers multiple experiences at his location. I recently dined at Pizza Hut and had a pretty great experience. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, with a friendly staff who made sure our orders were taken promptly.
