Normally I've had decent experiences at this location but recently they've been awful. The new girl on drive thru is terrible. I don't know her name but she has a very raspy voice and brown hair. The last several times I've driven up to the drive thru, I've had to wait for her to stop laughing into the mic to take my order. It's just kind of uncomfortable because it almost feels like she doesn't even care to do her job. She'll then completely ignore you at the window. The last 2 times she's messed up my drink too– drinks that are on the menu and not overly complicated. This time I ordered a Frappacino and asked for no whipped cream because of dietary concerns. She first came up to me and gave me the drink with what looked to be extra whipped cream. I told her I ordered it with none and she took the drink back. She didn't even remake it- she just dumped the whipped cream, along with a huge portion of the drink, and then handed it back to me. I'm usually already uncomfortable enough having to complain about one thing, so I didn't feel like I could complain again, even though I wanted to. I took the drink and left, unable to even drink it. I spent over $8 on a drink I couldn't even have and it wasn't even close to being full. My dietary constraints won't allow me to even enjoy the drink as it is now, since it was in contact with the whipped cream before. I'm also just shocked she thought it was alright to hand the drink back to be in the state it was in. The lid and cup were covered in liquid so it was sticky and looked awful. The fact that she even handed me a drink not even close to being full was also shocking to me. Even in the state it was in before, there was almost more whipped cream than there was Frappacino- which I have NEVER seen done before. Before writing this review, I scrolled through some others, and honestly, I’m shocked at how nasty some customers can be—like, seriously?! Guess some people just have bad days! My experience was the complete opposite. The staff here are absolutely amazing!
From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was more than just a customer. The team was SUPER nice, and they genuinely cared about getting my order just right. It wasn’t just the usual, "Hey, what can I get for you?" kind of service. They took the time to really get to know me and even asked a couple of fun questions that made me feel like we were already friends. And, let me tell you, they nailed my drink perfectly—like, they made it better than I imagined!
The whole vibe in the store was high energy and full of positivity. The staff were buzzing around with smiles on their faces, cracking jokes, and making everyone feel right at home. It’s rare to walk into a place and feel like you belong, but that’s exactly what they managed to do here. I couldn’t help but notice how they treated every single customer with the same kindness and enthusiasm—no one left without a smile!

As a person of color, the only one in the store, I noticed only after two other Caucasian people come in and stood behind waiting for their turn then someone asked if I could be helped . Further more I accidently paid by NFC as I unlocked my phone to access the app and obtain my points and asked if we could reprocess the transaction which I know can be done as I have done it before but the staff didn't seem to make an effort and told me "no we can't do that".
