I always order the same thing. 1 lb of wings. Almost every single time do chicken wings come burnt. So much that i have to mention it to the servers to make sure my chicken is not burnt. Sometimes service is good depending on the server.W ate at the patio. Waited at the table for almost 20 minutes for our drinks. After 1 hr of arriving they brought our food. I expected it to be hot at least from waiting so long. Food came and it was warm as if it was sitting there. The server sat 3 other tables while we waited for our food. Two of them got their food and drinks First. We waited an hr just watching the server making drinks for her co workers who came to drink at the restaurant. Not to mention the manger with glasses and short hair who ignored us after we asked for extra sauce. I dont plan on coming or buying here anymore. We expected service to be better after covid. They dont even were gloves or wash their hands and they have barely half the people they used to serve and we still got bad service. Read moreMe and my girlfriend went last night and it wasn’t busy, but somehow our waitress Ashley was a very poor server. She was not very attentive or apologetic. We ordered nachos and 2 lbs of wings, waited at least 20or30 mins for our nachos then we had to wait another almost 30 mins for our wings. We were annoyed, but tried to remain as patient as possible when we let her know on two occasions that we were still waiting for our wings. The only response from her we got was “I don’t know why they aren’t ready yet. They should be” Also note— a table of 3 that were seated after us, ordered after us, also got THEIR bill while we were still WAITING for the wings. At that point, we were extremely frustrated and fed up. We told her that whenever our wings were ready to pack them to go and please bring our bill. The nachos turned out okay at best. When we got home we tried the wings and they tasted burnt also dry, it looked like they tried to cover them with sauce to hide it. Read moreExtremely rude staff. We were here on Sunday, Sept 22nd in the evening. The server lady clearly saw us but chose to ignore us to serve someone who came after us. We waited for 10 min and then had to signal for the server lady to come to us. She was welcoming with others and extremely rude and dead pan to us and I’m sorry to accuse someone but the only reason I could think of is racism, because everyone else she attended and was nice to was white. I get it- you may have your biases and experiences but it would really help if you first remember that you’re a human as well. You represent a brand like St. Louis that stands for good food and a great time and there’s no place for hatred or making someone feel unwelcome. This is the worst experience I’ve had and probably one of the few times where I was ignored while everybody around me was served due to the server lady’s personal bias or hatred towards my race.
