Pizza People & Sub — Restaurant in Barrie

Really craving a good meatball sub and decided to try this place. Absolutely DISGUSTING! The mess that showed up looked like it had already been chewed and spit back out... which is exactly what I ended up doing. Seriously just a big glop of soggy mess. The meatballs were literally inedible. Hard little rubber balls that as you can see in the pics were even hard to find in this mess. Even had to pull the sub apart to pick the tinfoil wrapper out of it as it was somehow wrapped IN the sub, see pics. I think this was not only the worst sub that I have ever had, it is the worst food I have ever paid for. From the soggy barely toasted bun to the mush that the little rubber balls were hiding in, there is nothing about this that warrants even a glimmer of a positive review. I can't speak to the service as I ordered online and not sure about any of the other food but for me I will never know. There is not a chance I will try this place again for anything. The only reason I didn't toss the whole thing in the garbage is because if I get sick tomorrow, I want to have this thing tested for E.coli or whatever other horrid things could be hiding in this un sanitary mess. My cat wouldn't even eat the meatball! Just batted it around until I finally took it away just to be safe. I didn't want him the end up chocking on it! And yes...that is a dime beside one of...

My dad always gets the 2 panzerotti's deal when he comes to town from these guys. It is usually good. They gave us a $5 off of coupon last time. I went to use it this time for our usual 2 panzo's. At first they said its only for orders above $40. I said we are regular customers and asked to make an exception. They called the manager and said o.k. I thought they were decent for honouring that until I looked inside the panzo's. Half of it was empty of toppings. I called them back and they said the manager couldn't be reached and that nothing could be done. Do you really have to screw someone over because they are wanting to use a coupon, the first one they ever gave us after buying there for years. I'm so sick of businesses cheaping out in everyway possible these days. I don't know if we will order from there again. I know it costs about $4 per pizza to make and they charge $20. Just because a customer wants a deal for once with the coupon you gave us, you reduce the quality. I just have to shake my head. Businesses like this I will always write a...

I have order two pizzas online and in 1 minute call to ask for garlic based for one of my pizza (the option wasn't in online). Want to ask owner to pay more attention choosing people for work. The man who answered me told that online I have put one extra topping and the price is changed from 27$ to 36$. In case of change I asked to remove one of the toppings and to put garlic based. After I also asked to change one of the toppings in pizza man told me that both are in the oven, with a set of ingredients from online. If so, I have a question to the owner, why somebody was receiving order changes if food already in the oven???? The man on phone was rood with me and that is unacceptable service, even if it is just a pizza place. From this situation I see that staff DOES NOT care what they will serve to the costumers! I am shocked of the quality of service and the amount of money company...
