The experience here was just weird. Are you a take out place, a restaurant or a hang out lounge? While you are made to order on touch screens, pick up food like from a cafeteria style pick up on trays, paper plates and disposable utensils and packets of sauces individually given if asked, the prices are like at a regular restaurant..me and my partner came here for lunch, spent over $80 (three mains, spring roll appetizers and $4 green teas in paper cups...). We tipped even though no one asked how the food was, we cleaned up ourselves like after a McDonald's, no one even said goodbye or thank you for coming and we were the only people eating at the time with the family who works there just standing behind the counter. (and young child who is too young to be working there legally to boot). Not impressed. Food was bland and we were given two little ketchup packets of Sriracha sauce when we walked up to ask for hot sauce, needless to say, it's not somewhere we'd revisit again. Maybe targeted to a young crowd (there was even a room with pool tables?) Just weird in my opinion, neither good food, or service, prices like at a dining restaurant and lounge spaces which were empty, with an employee napping on a couch in the...
Read moreI really enjoy it here! It's a surprisingly huge, beautiful space with lots of comfy seating. I like ordering on the monitors and being able to see pictures of all of the food, and the food and drinks look exactly as pictured when they arrive to your table. The drinks are absolutely delicious. I got a mango green tea with lychee jelly and my friend got a Strawberry Banana Milkshake. I was glad the tea came in a to go cup, because I figured I'd take it home with me, but nope, I demolished that drink within minutes and the lychee jelly was like dessert at the end. I normally hate Strawberry Banana and the milkshake was awesome too. I'd come and hang out just for the drinks alone. Of the food we ordered, I loved the fried king mushroom and spicy sweet & sour sauce. I'm picky about curry and wasn't sure about curry with spaghetti noodles, but the beef curry spaghetti was delicious and I'd definitely order it again. The waffles are the fluffiest I've ever had, and make for a fun dessert. All in all, a great experience, and I'll...

It was a special occasion for us so we decided to give ourselves a treat. We regularly order from here once or twice a year (May 2024 was the last time) and have always been happy. Not this time. The food was awful. Almost inedible. Had we dined in, we would have turned most of it back. It all tasted and felt like it was spooned out of a soup kitchen. Texture, flavour, and quality were all bad and the quantity of protein in the dishes was mmore meagre than normal. The wonton soup was unbelievably salty. The spring rolls were half the size they were a year ago... soggy, and had barely anything in them. Clearly they were low quality frozen rolls. The Pad Thai was spongy, overdone, and bland. The sauce for the beef with mushrooms had way too much corn starch, and the mushrooms tasted either old, or off. We've had far better quality from the frozen food aisle in the grocery store. This was just awful....
