Every morning I attend this tim hortons and have not had one complaint, until today. I have spoken with the manager at this location and his customer service is top notch. Today would have been a good day for him to have been there as the service I received today was not acceptable. It was a busy day today so the drive thru line up was busy. I place my order and worked my way up to the window to pay (10 minutes approximately) when I got to the window all I had for payment method was my credit card as I left my other wallet at home by accident. When I was approached at the window I was informed that they were having debit terminal issues and was not sure if my method of payment was going to work. Needless to say it did not work. I was asked to go to the TD bank machine to withdraw money and come back. Lets keep in mind that I am on my way to work and have already spent 10 minutes in drive thru, I did not have the time to do what was requested or I would have found myself late for work. I was told that there was nothing they could do. The supervisor gave me my tea which was greatly appreciated but would not give me my oatmeal I ordered (which was already dished and would end up in the garbage anyways). I would have had no problem going back later today to pay my bill but that option was not even presented to me. Now as I sit here at work for the next 6 hours I will have my tea to curve my hunger until I have an opportunity to leave and actual purchase something to eat. I hope the garbage enjoys my oatmeal. Next time give the customers a heads up at the ordering terminal that certain payment methods are not available. Don't ever assume people have cash (or their wallet in my case) or the time to go to withdraw money to pay their bill. Just as FYI from a "former customer" who attended your location every morning on my way to the office, I WOULD have come back to pay my bill. I will not...

Read moreThe management needs to have a reality check on their afternoon team members. I usually don’t go to this location because of their poor service, but when the other location (Duckworth) is out of stock for something, I have to come here. It’s been my 2 past experiences at this location during the afternoon shift which has left me frustrated.
The management needs to see the behaviour of their “ afternoon supervisor - KHUSHI “ and get a reality check of her capability of even being a supervisor. First time, I ordered the new flatbreads and her tone was damn rude at the order desk on drive thru. I let it go considering that she might not be having a good day. The second time, I ordered a cold brew which was messed up so I asked them to make me again, which is the policy of every tim Hortons store if order is wrong. She literally started yelling at me out of the order window and mentioned to me that I am the afternoon supervisor and don’t argue with me on how it’s made.
I personally believe that the management needs to keep people who take the consideration of their position and act accordingly, not the ones who show the arrogance of them. Who cares if you are a supervisor, people are doing better than you and not bragging around. Didn’t want to mention, but I also work as an HR and what the heck are you showing off to me.
I suggest the management to track down their her attitude or else if it happens again, I am for sure going to take them down on grounds of harassment!!!
That’s not what a SUPERVISOR is supposed to do! Get your business deserving...
