We have gone to this restaurant since it opened. Food is always good and while it's still new, we always expect lineups. The problem on Friday August 15th was we were in line to place an order for takeout with about 5 people in front of us and a few behind. It wasn't til we got to counter to place our order that the employee advised us that debit system was down and it was cash only. There was absolutely no signage on door or inside restaurant to advise us of this. A simple sign on door would provide customers the options to go retrieve cash before wasting time standing in line. I suggested this to employee and left to go to bank machine then had to come back and again stand in line to place my order. People ahead of me and behind me were still receiving same message once they arrived at counter to place order. Still after leaving and coming back there was zero signage anywhere to state Cash Only. Working retail, I have encountered this and signage was a must to alert customers giving them option to obtain cash and come back instead of wasting their time. I can understand if employee taking orders was only one at counter but there were other employees in kitchen and a task as minimal as posting a sign on door would have taken minimal time. Many people left as they did not have cash, if they didn't return I wouldn't blame them, especially after having to stand in line then go retrieve cash and stand in line again. Waste of time. Yes I did return and probably wouldn't have if my son wasn't so hungry. It was as simple as putting a sign on the door. Took picture after I left second time with my order and still no...

I arrived at Wingstop Barrie late on a cold rainy night and was delightfully greeted by Dallas. When I walked in I could feel his warm smile like a ray from a thousand suns. I instantly knew that I picked the right spot to eat. Dallas expertly walked me through the menu and flavour options and I opted to try the tenders as per his recommendation. My meal was ready in the blink of an eye, Dallas even walked it to my table himself!!! Before I had the opportunity to dig into my meal, I had the pleasure of watching a heartwarming customer interaction where Dallas was able to help a disabled customer by wiping the spilled sauce off his face with a napkin. (I believe his name was William?)

The food absolutely blew me away! Tenders were juicy and crispy, the fries were cooked to perfection, and my ranch was amazingly creamy. Hats off to Dallas for his expertise, professionalism and charm. 10/10 experience I will...

The new Wingstop location absolutely exceeded my expectations! The wings were incredibly crispy, juicy, and full of flavour — the Lemon Pepper and Mango Habanero are a must-try for any wing lover. 🔥🍗

But what really impressed me was the variety of vegetarian options! I had no idea they offered Fried Corn and Loaded Fries (Buffalo and Voodoo), and they were absolutely delicious. 🌽🍟 When I asked about veg-friendly choices, one of the staff members was super helpful, and the manager himself came over to guide me — so supportive and genuinely welcoming. Great food, quick service, clean environment, and an awesome team. Whether you’re a meat lover or vegetarian, this Wingstop has something for everyone. Highly recommend...

The wings were a bit salty. The fries were not good. Burnt and very thin and they don’t stay well. They softened by the time we got home. Game Night Bundle - a decent amount of food. Lemon Pepper (Boneless) - good a bit salty Garlic Parmesan (Boneless) - good Hickory Smoked BBQ (Tender) - good Spicy Korean Q (Tender) - good Large Seasoned Fries - not good 5 piece add-on is smaller pieces than the 8 piece one. Overall good. I probably wouldn’t go there again it’s not that great and pretty average.
