I work in an office next to this location and we spend hundreds of dollars every week ordering coffee and breakfast for the whole office. There are often items forgotten from our order (which we understand as it's a large order) so we just go back to ask for those items. Every time this happens, we are so polite and understanding but this one employee there...Joseph or Jonathan...is the rudest customer service worker I have ever encountered. He is so sassy, talking back to the customers, making snarky comments...it's unbelievable. I went back today because we were missing a drink and he said "ya it's because we don't have that drink" so I said oh okay, did you let the girl ordering know? And he replied that he didn't because we always hold up the line with our large order. The order that we PAY for...it's not like we are there getting stuff for free. The female manager there just stand there on her phone while all this is happening. I ordered (and paid for) a different drink and he is shouting things at me as I'm walking away...it's highly inappropriate and uncalled for. Firstly their employee , young teenager with spectacles on him gave me the wrong bagle without even informing me before taking my order that they dont keep jalapeƱos bagle or whatever. After that i asked him that i want jalapeno one he started making excuses and handed me everything bagle. I asked for refund bt he did some tauntrams before that and after everything he handed ne my money. 5 minutes later, I went back to ask for my receipt and he didnāt even hand me my receipt and put the same on the table very roughly and rudely . Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently visited this Tim Hortons and I must say it was an exceptional experience from the moment I walked in the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I was especially impressed by the freshness of the coffee. It was brood to perfection, rich, and aromatic just how I like it. I also tried one of their delicious breakfast sandwiches, which was not tasty, but also generously portioned.
What's the most was the customer service? The staff were quick to answer any questions I had about the menu and went beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.
The location itself is perfect making it a great spot to grab a coffee before exploring the area to sit and enjoy some downtime.
