DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND PICK A DIFFERENT PLACE TO EAT!! Terrible experience at Pitaland Barrie- Bayfield location. The owner was absolutely horrible — extremely rude and disrespectful for no reason. I requested extra sauce/toppings because my rice looked dry, and the owner made a snarky, unnecessary comment about how they “already gave a lot” and that the store would “go in loss” if they gave me more.

I couldn’t believe how unprofessional and arrogant he was. His attitude completely ruined the experience — I’ve honestly never met a business owner with such poor manners and a nasty attitude. Never had an owner deny extra sauce or toppings to a customer willing to pay extra 😂. Not sure how he’s still running the business..

The workers were kind and seemed embarrassed by his behavior, but the food wasn’t great either. The bread tasted old, and overall the food quality was really disappointing. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Went here on shawarma day. Thought it would be nice to try a new place. They were completely unprepared for dinner. They kept running out of rice and cooked chicken. However, stupid us we kept waiting. They served my family 5 boxes with raw chicken. Raw frigging chicken! Not wasting my time driving back for a refund. Just threw it out and hope we don't get food poisoning from the few bites we ate. Save yourself and go to osmows or somewhere else. This was the worst takeout experience I have experienced in a long time. I had one of the worst dining experiences ever at Pita Land. I went with my family of 5 on national shawarma day with a $5 deal. The food was absolutely terrible — my shawarma was dry, bland, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The “fresh” rice was soggy. Also the chicken was raw. To make it worse, my order was wrong, and when I politely asked to have it fixed, the staff seemed annoyed rather than helpful. The place didn’t feel clean either — tables were sticky, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in days. We had to wait an hour for food poisoning basically.
