Pizza Delight — Restaurant in Bathurst

Where do I start?

First, the menus were the wrong language. So, instead of hiring a translator, we had to guess on our orders.

The time of the meal was too long. A tidy time in the restaurant business( barring extremely busy nights) is about 45 minutes to an hour. We were there for 40 minutes before our meals even landed on the table.

To make complaint #2 even worse, the waitress seemed as though she didn't care to see if we wanted a beverage or not.

I have had Lasagna that is so filling, I can't finish a half of it. I had an order of Regular Lasagna at Pizza Delight, confident that I would be nice and full. It didn't happen. Actually, I had 2 Cokes and 2 servings of bread with it and was still hungry. Very dissatisfied.

Number 5. They messed my order up. I wanted a Ceaser Salad to accompany my Lasagna, but they completely forgot about it. So I had to get the bill adjusted, which was yet another nuisance.

After 6 complaints, I am furious. This is why one star was given.

In conclusion, this place is made to be a restaurant for kids. Why? Because it was the only thing enjoyable about my stay. The desserts on the Kids Menu are very well thought out. I enjoyed watching my daughter as she received her...

We have always enjoy Pizza Delight lately I’ve really enjoyed their new handheld donair. My wife and l took her mother to Pizza Delight this evening. We arrived at 3:55pm we all ordered donairs my wife and mother in law donairs were served at 4:40pm and we were the only ones in the dining room when we arrived. The server said my donair will be a few minutes it was just coming out of the oven. Roughly 10 minutes later my donair arrived over sauced so sloppy I couldn’t pick it up. I decided to unwrap it and eat it with a fork and knife and the meat was cold. My mother in law mentioned hers was cold as well but she ate it. However she had to eat her handheld donair with a fork and knife as well as it was to messy she asked for sauce on the side but the sauce was in the donair with additional sauce on the side. My wife had finished her oven baked donair that was also over sauced. The server came and noticed I didn’t eat my donair I also mentioned to her my wife’s and mother in laws issues as well. She cut our bill in half this was a nice gesture however I would of rather enjoyed the food we have come to expect from Pizza Delight! Obviously there’s issues in the kitchen hopefully it gets addressed...

Extreemly desapointed . It tooked and hour to have our meal We were 4 at my sons 29 birthday. The waitress in a big rush to respond at question about the menue. ( When the dining room praticlt empty) Then i asked about the free meal for the birrthday. She reply ohhh its a loong time we dont do this any more. I asked since when ohhh its and year now. Ok then thats not so looong. Make us feel like dont you know that ?? Then she Forgot to place 1 plate and forks knife !! After waiting that long my son dont take no chance he just went and got it. Also never came back for the refil off soda that my son asked. Oh ok he had a free piece off cake . She forgot to ask his ID . She just panick at the moment i paid the bill. She start runing outside snd yell my sons name and shout his name . OHHH my God what amd embarasing situation !!!!! Some peoples could had think he didnt paid his meal !!! Sorry but no thank you its a cross never again...
