Update: They botched again but this time management (Atila the bun) was ready to rumble. I tried telling the manager that they kept screwing up on hours opened and was taking my prepaid order online when they were closed ( new 8 pm close when online still showed 10 pm) Rather than be accommodating, the manager was looking for a rumble. She informed me with authority that the app was a third party and it was none of her problem. I'll admit that I got unnerved by her confrontational attitude (previous screw-ups were cordially resolved) but I was not overly unnerved.
I tried to explain to the manager that Google maps still showed 10 pm but she wanted nothing to do with what I had to say and was very belligerent.
Seeing that this was an ego trip for her and any escalation on my part was only feeding her 'happy place', I decide to grab my cell and walk away. I was not going to demean myself to a battle of witts with a shinny lacquer painted plastic Burger King badge.
Wanting to be the winner at all cost she had to get the last word. She yelled out as I turned away: "Get the f%^# out".
Sign outside says "New Management" Very professional Burger King. Perhaps you should brush up on your vetting program.

Read moreI went there for lunch and waited 30mins at the counter. The kitchen and drive through visually made huge mistakes and gave out 2 wrong orders. The manager that was running the drive through made the mistake, and then directed the entire staff at fixing the mistake. When many of the people in the line looked to be anxious for their food I allowed myself to be heard in a non-personal way, "this is taking a long time." Read moreUnfortunately back to normal. Had a coupon and they refused it even if the manager told me I could use it anytime. Bought a combo meal, the Whopper didn t have enought ingredients, Onions rings were soggy very greasy didn t even eat it. And soft drink was flat and to sweet.
Very disappointed never again I will go to the Bathurst Burger King.
When I tried to reason with the new manager I said well you will never see me here again and her response. Don t come back then !!! WOW good answer to try to built a restaurant that had a bad reputation...
