McDonald's — Restaurant in Beaumont

Absolute terrible service, everytime I go! Most recently I was going through the drive thru that has 2 speaker boxes. Both boxes had 2 vehicles so I randomly picked a lane. Both vehicles went thru in the other lane before the first vehicle (a yellow car) in my lane was able to even place an order. I backed up and went thru the "working lane" placed my order and was told to proceed to the next window. Eventually 4 others vehicles formed behind me before the yellow car decided he was out of luck and had to back up and join the end of the line in my lane. Once I got to the next window I waited 5 minutes before I assumed they forgot to tell me to proceed to the SECOND window. Once finally getting service I asked why the other speaker box wasn't working and suggested they should put a pylon in that lane so no one gets disappointed and stuck waiting for no reply, and maybe perhaps they should offer the yellow car a free frie or coupon, inwhich I'm sure McDonald's could afford. The young boy just said okay and told me my total so I asked for a manager and she charged up asking what my problem was, extremely rude and would not tell me her name. I honestly just felt bad for the yellow car because I myself was already waiting 30 mins for a Jr chicken and he was there who knows how long before me. She proceeded to tell me that the other box was working and I was an idiot. When I asked for her name and told her I was going to make a complaint she just shut the window on me. I personally hate McDonald's but would love for people to do/eat what makes them happy. These individuals at this very location do not deserve a second of your respect. I have never seen them show respect for anyone, not even their own employees/ coworkers. Spend your money on local business' or even considerate business' for that matter. Complete...

I don’t get why theres any negative reviews. This McDonald’s has the most down to earth genuine people working here, and I truly mean that. The staff here are just the most friendly people.

Theres a kid group thats like a family fun night on certain days of the week, you colour a page to enter to spin a wheel of prizes. The young man that supervised the family fun night is amazing with kids, like a big kid brother and my kids absolute adore him. He was attentive and caring. We’ve had a hard month..My kids just put their dog down, so finding ways to make them smile has been hard its been a tough summer… but he managed to make them smile; they had such a wonderful time.. it brought the nostalgic feeling of being excited to go to McDonald’s as a kid in the 90s for a birthday party, it didn’t feel like just another fast food restaurant. It was staff putting in effort to make all the kids who go there feel special and get a treat and feel spoiled. Had to ask to have a table cleaned they were all so filthy, ( the young man working was very efficient and wiped a table for us) made our order was not asked for my code or if I was collecting points. Got our meal and received a mcchicken instead of a spicy habenaro. This is a group of six and not a busy time. My Wife and daughter went to use the restroom and it was absolutely. Disgusting and refused to use it. I approached the manager and all I can say is wow the very cold approach to my when I asked to have the women’s restroom attended to, asked about my points and explained our order was wrong there was not an apology for the experience we had on this visit bathrooms, order being wrong (or offered to be fixed) being refused my points ( on a fairly big order). After someone apparently cleaned the bathroom fairly quickly after I mentioned it but when my wife went back in it was better bur need I say more.
