On top of that this particular franchise if you order extra beef, they do not give you extra beef. They skim out on all the vegetables they do not weigh out they give you less than half a scoop of beef even if you pay for extra they give you the regular amount at any other edo franchise

Anyone had bad experiences with edo? I dont know why this upset me to a point i was in tears. I broke my wrist earlier this week and did my groceries at sobeys (i dont have a car right now) so i lugged in all my groceries into the edo i didn’t have a big enough bag so if i put them on the floor all my groceries would all spill out i was carrying stuff under my arm and visibly struggling. I ordered my food at edo to go and asked the worker if he could put it in a to go bag, he pointed at the bags and said they’re there. I walk forward tried to and couldn’t and asked if u could have a bag he mire loudly pointed and said yes they are there and i said could u help me put my order in a bag. He rolled his eyes slung my food into the bag and did the meme with both his hands laid out infront of him towards it like “see what that so hard” and said that was so hard rolled his eyes. I said “you’re really mean” he yelled excuse me? I told u bags right there ur lazy. I said “you can see im struggling to carry everything and if i put it down its falling out of the bags, u can visibly see my wrist is in a cast, and I had also ordered it to go. I usually like edo ive never had a problem this male worker acted like i was an annoyace to even make him cook or...

This place is run by the most wholesome group of Philipinos. You're greeted at the door and when you leave. Service is phenomenal and so welcoming. Now for the bad stuff...If you're a first timer here and order a teriyaki bento, just order one sauce pump as two is way too much. Not only is your rice drowned, it's way too salty. I was struggling to eat it. I doubt their sauce is home made but it's just not edible. I believe one pump would've also helped but just way too much salt. Same with the edemame beans. The salt is just too heavy. Edemame is suppose to be salted yes, but I felt like they were almost rolled in it. The veggies were the only thing helping you to balance the taste. Tempura pieces are way too small. The price for the portions is not justifiable. You can honestly order Chinese food and they'll give you a mountain. Tables weren't cleaned so it was a little hard finding a place to sit. The good stuff about this place is they have some deals every day of the week so Thursday will be 16 piece sushi for $9.99. I will definitely come back again to try other things...

Love this edo japan beaumont, just visited yesterday, found the staff so friendly and nice, the young lady in front is sweet and always smiling, asking hows your day, they will greet you upon entering the store and its so welcoming for me, comfort room ,dining area was so clean thumbs up And what i notice is that they practice washing hands before going to their area and its hygiene👍👍 Me and my boyfriend really enjoy the food . Deserves 5 star rating , food was great, fast...
