I have dietary restrictions that prevent me from eating out much. Boomburger is really close to my new place so I went over when it wasn't busy and grilled (heh) someone behind the counter about the ingredients used. He was really friendly and happy to answer my questions which is appreciated because I know lots of chit chat can really throw a wrench in your flow. Tonight I walked over for supper. I was nervous so I had more questions for the lady on the cash register. She was also really patient and friendly and answered all my questions. She also asked if I had an allergy but with nary an eye-roll in sight. After I got my receipt, thanked her for her patience and stepped away to wait, I watched her walk over to the prep area and heard her tell her coworkers to be mindful of the 'allergy' note on the receipt. I heard someone ask for clarification and checking to make sure he had it right. I watched him carefully clean a station and tell his coworkers it was cleared for 'an allergy'. All of that made me feel more confident about my big risk-- eating out. I see a fair number of people complaining about the prices but this isn't McDonalds. You get what you pay for and it's a fair price for the quality and care they obviously put into sourcing local and serving fresh. Also the cheese alone is way better than Five Guys', without a doubt. I'm super stoked that this option is now available to me for those times when I really want to relax and...
Read moreAs a business owner, a restaurateur of multiple dining establishments and also a franchisee of Quick Service Restaurants, it is very rare to visit any eating establishment and be 'wowed' by both the quality of the food and the customer service.
BOOMburger, you 'wowed' us!
This was our first meal out in over 83 days - due to the current pandemic - and our very first visit to BOOMburger.
We were invited to the restaurant by one of the employees, Mr. Dana M., whom we had met in passing, and in conversation, mentioned we really enjoy eating out. He was cordial enough to invite us to his place of business (BOOMburger), for a gourmet burger and fresh hand-cut fries.
When we arrived, Dana was more than happy to give us the grand tour! The food was fresh, succulent and mouthwatering...amazing.
The quality of the meal and the hip, industrial decor, with plenty of jazz piping in surround sound, was only surpassed by Dana's authentic and genuine hospitality. This young gentleman is the epitome of Brand Ambassador!
Dana proudly introduced us to the owner, who happened to be 'touching tables' in the dining room and 'checking-in' on his guests.
The owner leads by example, with hospitality '+plus', and Dana, and his team are there ALL the way.
If you want to put a little BOOM in your burger, check them out!
PS Our dessert came compliments of Cows, conveniently located right outside; the perfect ending to a perfect evening...
Read moreTried here for the first time for lunch on a HOT Tuesday in July 2020 at about 12:15. Lots of available parking. There was no one in line when we walked in, and we were greeted immediately by a friendly server. Another couple were waiting for their order. I tried the single patty cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, mustard and grilled onions. (a bit messy but delicious and just the right size). Small fries (only wanted a few, and the cup holds a few, but lots were at the bottom of the brown paper bag when we received it, so I felt like I had actually ordered a large that spilled over... lol). My friend had the Foxy Dill Burger (one of their specials with dill pickles, potato chips, dill mayo) and he enjoyed it as "above average." They have their own tomato plants growing in the restaurant by the tables at front, which are used in the food, and that's neat. There were maybe 8 or 9 tables for four people, which look to be naturally spaced enough to satisfy covid requirements, half were taken. The menu here isn't huge but I'd go back if I just felt like a random burger some day. I think milkshakes would be a...
