When I first arrived at around 8 PM there were probably 24 people already seated. I didn't have to wait long before Robin came over and showed me to my seat and told me my waitress will be over shortly. After few minutes Robin noticed that I hadn't been served and came over to ask me if I wanted a drink I ordered a Rickards Red draft. After a few minutes I was ready to order. Robin came back and I ordered dill pickle spears, deep-fried cauliflower and the priority club and upgraded to the Caesar salad, The deep-fried cauliflower bits we're slightly overcooked but still tasty. The pickle spears were cooked perfectly. Caesar salad and priority club were fresh and tasted great. My waitress Robin was very pleasant, attentive and professional which made my dining experience very enjoyable .Definitely will be returning. 👍👍👍 No photos food pics to share this time.

Honestly, there are places that say they have the best wings in town. They are lying. I love wings and flavor, hands down this is the best spot for your clucking fix. They blend their flavors to make new ones that are actually good. You don't leave feeling gross cause of nasty greasy meals but full and satisfied. The staff are awesome, literally one of the waiters is the most positive giant you will meet, and will make you smile on your worst day. It's super annoying, just the worst. (sarcasm for those that can't read between the lines) The atmosphere is bordering the stratosphere (pun intended) it has an aerial theme around aircraft. Just a great spot to be and eat. they can also accommodate large orders and groups easily.

Had high hopes and this place didn't disappoint. The wing flavor list is huge! I tried Dirty Boonedoggle and Blue Bomber. While they were 3 and 4 on the hot scale, I had hoped they would be hotter. It was Wing night, which was a fairly good deal. Two orders at 8.99 was more than enough. Wings are good sized. She had a chicken wrap, which she liked. Beer selection is not great in terms of craft beer or IPA, but the food menu is very large with lots of options! Update: Returned and tried a Summer Menu item, the Steak and Bacon Sandwich. Was very good, although the upgrade to the waffle fries felt like a bit if a rip off..there were about 6 in the bowl, and it was $3 extra.

Let me start by saying this is a review SOLEY on the atmosphere and service ONLY. Unfortunately due to my negative first impression I was simply not inclined to purchase anything here. Went in after a VERY long work day because I had wanted wings and this place seemed like the closest to WingStop in Canada that Halifax has got. (They were my favorite back in Los Angeles!) I was working in town that day and went out of my way about 15 minutes specifically to go there because I saw it when I went to the Sobey's gas station last trip out. So went in looking to do a take out because I wanted to watch videos on my phone while eating in the car. Knew the place may be pricey (Google said $20-30), but I didn't care what the cost was - I had earned it. I stepped into the place and saw on the wall a listing of items menu wise and it gave me pause because it listed a ton of food - none of which were chicken wings. (The Wings were listed in small print on the bottom) But I was also immediately caught off guard as to how little space there was between the front podium - which had a sign saying to wait - and the front exit door. Two different groups went out the door while I waited and both times gave me a look like 'why are you blocking said door?' In any case looked around the place and saw that there were at least four or five employees as well as a bartender - all of which properly ignored me. I waited and tried to catch the eye of anybody to help, but all were purposely avoiding my gaze and the wait became uncomfortable. I also saw that there were 3-4 tables empty but filled with leftover garbage and were not yet cleaned. Was it that busy? Didn't seem so on the surface because most of the servers were talking casually to each other or to tables, but not talking orders or attending to service, but more in that chummy "I'm gonna hang for a while and chat" kinda way. Finally after about 5 minutes a gent came out of the back with his arms full of food and walked by saying "Are you eating?" I said "yeah", and he said "Wait a minute." Waited while he delivered and talked to the table, then went to the bar and got some drinks and then came back finally to me. He looked around at the array of dirty tables and said "it will be a minute." I stopped him and asked "I have two quick questions. One do you do take out?" He promptly cut me off and pointed at a cheesy unkempt homemade sign on the bottom of the podium that said the Wednesday special was wings for $10 and rudely said "That is eat in only!" I said I didn't care (did not even know there was a special till he pointed it out!) and asked if the wings were battered like in the pictures around as I wanted them unbattered like at WingStop. He said they were could be done battered or unbattered (and some third option I can't remember), but again the answer was very abrupt and frankly he seemed very annoyed - his demeanor felt unwelcoming. So even though I was craving wings (mild and lemon pepper was my go-to at WingStop!) and had sought this place out hoping to get a pinch of that WingStop experience, I was so turned off by the dismissive attitude and general "who cares you are here" atmosphere that I just couldn't bring myself to give $20-30 to that place. Defeated and disappointed I headed to the always sub-par McDonalds for a crappy cheap burger and know what? Surprise, surprise - their staff were welcoming, smiling and served me food that was unfathomably fresh as a daisy. (I even took time so say so in a feedback survey on the receipt!) MCDONALDS - the place where service and food frequently goes to die - saved my night. Lesson here is first impressions and especially how you treat new customers - cheap or expensive, eating in or take out - seriously matter. As eager patrons when we show up and come in the door, we WANT to give you our money. The only way it can go sideways or downhill is...

We had such a terrible experience at this place tonight. Never in my years of dining around Halifax have I had such a ridiculous experience at a restaurant. I went here tonight with my boyfriend and ordered a bunch of food and drinks. We are vegetarian and failed to notice on the menu that their mac and cheese has bacon in it. When we were served, we told the server that we made a mistake, apologized, and asked if they could remake it for us as it was our first time here and we would make sure to be more careful next time. To our surprise, the kitchen refused to accommodate us this once and remake the mac and cheese for us without bacon unless we were paying for another one. I told the server that I would not be eating it so she could get rid of it, and she did. However, we were made to pay for that dish even though we didn’t even touch it. We were given a $4 discount but we still paid FOURTEEN DOLLARS for it. Ridiculous! Not only that but the server was constantly chatting with her co-worker behind the counter, rather than checking up on us. We requested for a refill on the diet coke we had ordered when we were served the food, the refill didn’t get to us till we were almost done with our food. Moreover, google maps and their sign on the front door said they close at 11pm on Saturdays. Around 8:45pm the server started mopping the floors and put all the chairs up on the table. I don’t want someone mopping around me while I’m eating? Nor is it welcoming at all when the chairs are flipped over on the tables. Honestly, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Ruined our whole evening and totally unapologetically. Much better places in Halifax than this place for sure. Goes without saying but definitely do not recommend...
